Unable to drag dissolve icon out when audio track sync marks are shown

When trying to grab the new crossfade icon to drag out a crossfade and then control the intensity of it, if the audio clip in question is stacked with itself and is thus showing as being out of sync, with red sync marks, you are unable to grab or drag the crossfade icon.

Once you get the crossfade in there and get the icon out of the way it is then possible to click and drag it.

This has been fixed in the beta.

When tracks are minimized, fades are visible.

For me its not an issue as I do not like working with small tracks. Like to see the thumbnail/waveform.

Correct and you need to have enabled the header bar as well, so now in order to grab and move crossfades I need to either change track size or on/off another UI toggle. So it's basically just a pain in the butt to work with small tracks now in general.

If you expand the track a little bit, the audio fade will sit under the oos indicator.

If the track is totally minimized, its impossible to grab the fade.

At least in 24.5

Update, I had out of sync indicators turned off in Beta preferences, but with them now turned on the issue is that the sync indicators completely cover up the transition icon UNLESS you turn on the audio track header. Just overall the audio track header and the new UI layout is far more confusing than it was before, if this was meant to solve a problem some users were having I assure you, teaching those users how to utilize the program was the solution, not changing everything for everyone else. This just adds another layer of UI complexity that is buried in a menu and needs to be mapped to another shortcut key, and can easily be confused for a shortcut key that shows/hides audio clip names.

It's not a preferences issue, I can recreate this problem on several other computers. I'd like to reproduce it in the Beta as well but at the moment out of sync indicators are completely missing from the Beta.

did you try to reset the preferences?
