Version 26.3.2 issue is crashing and showing not responding every 3,4 minutes making me cry

I am facing a problem in Premiere Pro version 26.3.2. Whenever I open a nested sequence, make changes, and return to the main timeline, it lags for a while. It also lags whenever I make adjustments in Lumetri or even make the slightest cut to a clip on the timeline. I simply don't understand why we are paying for this software when it isn't even stable.

Sorry to hear that’s happening for you in v26.3.2. In order to better troubleshoot, we need to ask for a few more details like Mac (and what macOS) or PC (whether Windows 11/10, plus what driver version & build), how’s your media stored, etc. and other details with our bug report details.

Does this issue with crashing affect all projects or only some? What about new, empty projects?

Which Premiere version was this was last working as expected, was it v26.3.0? It would be really helpful to know what, if anything, might have changed such as any plugins, update to computer/Premiere/or drivers, or anything like this when the problem first began.

The next time it crashes, please enter your email in the blank spot before sending the report in, that way our team can look it up specifically to see what’s going on. You can DM me what email you used to do this. Does it give you any error messages? Screenshots can be attached here on your reply.
