Warp stabilizer not aplying stabilize

In the latest version of Premiere 25.6.3 I noticed that if I apply a warp stabilizer to a clip , It does not apply the stabilization. Let me explain . When I apply it , in the effect control panel it starts analyzing but it is not visible to the screen . Further more when it reaches 100% the before and after is exaclty the same. Even if it says that it had applied a crop lets say 115%  when I disable the effect it makes no difference at all 
Does anyone have any idea what might be wrong?
