Waveform flashes when setting in/out point

Whenever I set an in/out point in the source window the waveform flashes. Visually it's very distracting, especially as I tend to have the window maximised for visibility.

 

Same thing in the Beta version.

    I'm using mp3/wav/mxf/mp4 files, happens on all. I've tried creating a new project and resetting app prefs/media cache but no luck.

    Hello @DJP2014,

    Thanks for writing in. Sounds like you've got some weirdness going on with your waveforms. Sorry about that! Can you give the team any other info, such as the footage you are using? See: How do I write a bug report? The reason for needing more info is to allow the team a better ability to reproduce your bug.
