since this afternoon we've been unable to access our sequence. as soon as we open our team project we get this message and première pro closes. Unfortunately, we don't have another version saved anywhere other than on première pro (online). Do you know where we could find it and why this message appears?
Thank you for your help!

(We're working on Premiere Pro 2025.)

Hi @anna_5193 - Can you send the project file to jamiec@adobe.com you can find it at C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common\Team Projects Local Hub\Auto Saves

Thank you for your quick reply.

I opened Premiere Pro while holding down the SHIFT key and checked the four boxes you mentioned. Premiere Pro launched. I opened the team project, relinked the media as usual, and the project opened normally. However, the timeline does not appear, and I cannot perform any actions (for example, deleting the sequence to put it back into the timeline). At that point, Premiere Pro crashes and displays the same report submission window. Normally, the project should open, and I should be able to work on it, but it crashes. I’m using the latest version of Premiere Pro on Windows 11.

Thank you for your help !

Hi @anna_5193 -  Thanks for submitting your bug report. We need a few more details to try to help with the issue.
Please see, How do I write a bug report?

I see your crash reports it has something to do with your audio track mixer.  Are you using any audio effects?

Can you send the project file to jamiec@adobe.com you can find it at C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common\Team Projects Local Hub\Auto Saves

Can you try holding down "SHIFT" while launching Premiere and check the boxes
"Reset app preferences" (Backup Preferences first)
"Clear media cache files"
"Reset plugin loading cache"
"Disable third-party plugins (one-time only)"

Sorry for the frustration.

I use regular / non-teams Premiere Pro, but with some cases like that, we can open a NEW project and Import in the troubled project. Be sure before you do anything more, make a copy of that project in safe spot. And only use copies to try things with.
