When I export using H.264 my pc freezes

So, I've been encountering this issue for like 1 month now.
My pc freezes when im exporting h.264 but when I export any MOV file its fine. My pc doesnt freeze.

I dont know, is it my PC or what.

Can you go to your preferences under Media and uncheck the boxes that say Hardware Accelerated decoding and Hardware Accelerated encoding. Let us know what happens when you try to export. Thank you for your time in troubleshooting I understand how frustrating it is. What Nvidia drivers are you on?

Hi, im currently using the latest Premiere Pro update, im actually using both PRO and Beta.
Im using both file export and export panel also tried using media encoder just to export my video.
Im working with MXF files.

Hi @Chris346460134m5w - What version of Premiere are you working in? Are you using the "file export" or the export panel? What footage are you working with?
