Substance Stager Blank Viewport and Freeze

I've just been trying to use Substance Stager and I'm having issues with the viewport displaying blank, and I'm not able to make any edits or import any objects. Buttons still work, opening drop down windows, but no effects. I'm also not able to quit out of the program, as the "x" in the top right has no effect, and I have to end the task from Task Manager.

I've followed all of the troubleshooting tips from Adobe for a blank viewport:
- Checked the log info for CPUAVX2Capable is reporting correct
- Update NVIDIA GPU drivers with a clean install (both Studio and Game drivers)
- Set the Windows graphics settings to high performance on the GPU
- Cleared the shader caches

None of this is having any effect and I'm still experiencing the exact same issue. Any help would be great, thanks.

System specs if needed: i7 9700K, 2070 Super, 32GB DDR4 2400 RAM

Hello, can you tell us more about the version and your computer?

I have something similar happening. Except, it's the whole screen not just the display window. I have to crtl+alt+delete, end the program and reopen it. It goes black when I move, plan, rotate, duplicate objects.

Thanks! The 537.x driver with a clean install has sorted it for me.

Hi everyone! I've an answer and the team is working on a solution with Nvidia. I'll share with you when the solution is on the way!!! But for now rolling back to version 537.x drivers seems to fix the issue.

Hi, no, rolling back to 2.1.1 or any other version hasn't worked for me unfortunately.

Try one more thing, on the Nvidia GeForce experience try the option for "Studio driver". One more thing I didi was to go into a stager setting and find where he saves auto-save files. And delete all of them.

Thanks for the idea, I tried rolling back to 2.1.1 but no change unfortunately. I even tried rolling all the way back to 1.0.0 but same issue, I did also get a "not logged in" warning in the top right on that one though.

I have noticed that the loading wheel cursor only appears if I hover over the viewport.
