The commands are frozen and you can't see when you move a parameter, you can see it on the monitor correctly but you can't see the commands moving.
Text editing Some common issues I have encountered using this for a few hours:after some time/use, it won't follow along the text caption part to show me where I am in real time and I have to manually search and find where I am, at one point it kept going back to the very beginning of the sequence, I had to just close the project and re open and it was finesometimes it won't let me highlight the text and delete, it just doesn't respondif I edit text, sometimes it'll seem to revert back to the previous transcription
So in my sequence, I'll run a Render in and Out (I do have my In and Out set), PP will successfully pop up a screen saying it's rendering. This completes and my timeline is now green but then another screen pops up and says rendering files but shows no files or any rendering going on. It's frozen until I exit that window. Once closed everything seems fine. This seems to occur every time I run a render in and out or render effects in and out. This happens with CUDA, OpenCL, and Software rendering, and doesn't matter what working codec I'm in. **** System Info (PP did not copy system info to clipboard FYI ****Premier Pro Version: Beta 23.6.0.17Operating System: Windows 10 64-bit Version: 10 10.0.19045.3031GPU(0) NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090/PCIe/SSE2 Driver version: 31.0.15.3598GPU(1) Intel(R) UHD Graphics 770 Driver version: 31.0.101.4091 System architecture: Intel CPU Family:6, Model:7, Stepping:1 with MMX, SSE Integer, SSE F
Hey all! I found a bug in the current Premiere Pro Beta. I use multiple monitors so I have panels that are not docked in the main Premiere window. When switching to the Export tab, my non-docked panels disappear. I think this behavior is normal, but after selecting export to Media Encoder, Premiere automatically switches back to the Edit tab, but the panels external to the main window do not come back. I tried closing and opening the missing panels in the Window menu, but doing that crashed the entire program. In the non-beta version of Premiere the panels do not close when switching to the export tab, and there is no issue with the panels when switching back to the edit tab.
Even though I have a 16:9 format sequence, if I go Sequence > Settings, PPro reports it as vertical, regardless of the frame size/aspect ratio:
The tutorials are not matching with the beta version
when i try to remove arabic letter using backspace , it removes the whole text and i have to retype it back

The very helpful line that seperates L and R Audi Channels in Premiere Pro Beta (23.6.0.3) doesn't show up when the labels are custom colored in bright colors, such as white. Screenshot attached. Thanks!Stavros Symeonidis
Premiere crashing at least every 5 minutes: -I am running Premiere pro beta 23.5 on Macbook Air M1 Monterey 12.5.1 (the computer is not the problem, it was worked very well for the past two years with this same exact footage and editing style)-Seems to happen most when I use the OPT key to expand or shrink timeline with scrollwheel (which is usually constantly) -editing between two 4k HEVC 10 Bit 4:2:0 clips with a color grade adjustment layer that I have toggled off-Using proxies for all clips (1536x790) This did not help the crashing as I proxied to see if it would help. -all progress in progress is recoverable everytime but it is incredible frustrating to have to reopen premiere every 2-5 minutes. -I have already tried installing an earlier version but I cannot open my project with earlier versions. Clips imported from from both FS7 and A7IV show up as 12 hour long clips, with black after the actual video content has ended. Tested on the release, non-beta and the same project works as normal.

I've been having issues with the Premiere Beta since build 44 and it continues in build 45. Whenever I open a sequence up, the program monitor is either black or frozen over the last frame the playhead saw. It becomes unresponsive to the point where nothing can get it to work properly. I'm gonna try to trash preferences, clear media cache and more for troubleshooting but I wanted to get this info out there in case anyone else has some insight.
Spacebar + A + C+ V+ other keyboard shortcuts don't work after opening the project. The keyboard works fine on other apps, but not on the Premiere beta 23.1.0 and Premiere 23.0.0I never had these problems on Premiere 22 Steps to reproduce: 1. ... I did 360 video recordings at NAB 2023. I use the GoPro FX Reframe to set up in HD. When I switch to editing to re-frame the shot, then go back to the Text based editing, the alignment between text and editor is gone. I can still make edits, but I cannot follow the highlight text, because it's not there. When I restart Premiere, I'm back to editing without issue. Also, a side note the segment doesn't highlight when I move the playhead over to it.
Using Premiere Pro Beta,Created a garbage matte with an opacity mask, the outline controls to move the mask are not visible. I can change parameters in Effect Control pallette, but cannot move the position of the mask. Please see attached screen shot.
When I open the timeline, the clips are no longer showing the correct sections of the clips I selected. The system references the correct clip- but displays/plays a different part of the clip. This was a final cut of this project- so the media was already exported correctly. However, when I have gone in to make some modifications- the media does not display correctly on the timeline. I have not moved any media around and it is in the same place for whole project. The only thing I can attribute this to is possibly a bug on one of the beta updates. However, it is doing the same thing when I open in PP 2023 also now.
Crashing today. I'm exporting sections of clips from the preview window.1. Open clip2. Select area to export3. Export - use default h.264 Match Source Med. Bitrate4. Send to Media Encoder System gets really sluggish, then sometimes crashes. The clip does appear in the render queue on AME.It also got wonky exporting from clip on timeline. Project is upgraded from a previous version. System info Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v23.5.0.37 OS: Windows v10.0.22621, RAM: 63.87 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 16

When opening the TRANSCRIPT tab in TEXT in de beta version a dialogue window appear with a question if you would auto-transcript every scene. There only the option to choose YES and if you close the window on the closing cross instead of choosing the yes option it starts transcribing instead of showing the options window were you can choose language etcetera. This happens also in the 23.4 version of PP, there the dialogue window dissapears after a second of showing up. So I am not able to choose a different language than English because the Transcribe button starts the process instead of showing the options window.
Timeline freezes only when interacting with mouse or trackpad. Keyboard ok. Selecting clips, trimming, mouse hold and drag to select multiple.
In the previous and current beta, along with the new production version of Premiere Pro, the timeline scrolling is very laggy/choppy/slow on my M1 Max laptop. This was not the case in the previous version of Premiere. Thank you for your time!
I have a logitech webcam (C615), which I think is where the lvcod64.dll comes from. For the last couple of Beta builds I've been getting this warning on startup: A low-level exception occurred in: lvcod64.dll (GetAVICodecs) It doesn't seem to be having any adverse effects, but can't be sure, I do most of my work in Production Premiere and only use Beta for the text editing feature occasionally. It used to cause some havoc in the past: https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-discussions/a-low-level-exception-occurred-in-lvcod64-dll-getavicodecs/td-p/10151229
Beta version 23.5.0 (Build 25)Macbook Pro M1 MAX - macOS Monterey 12.2.1 - 64gb Ram/Graphics When rescaling with the scale tool in the effects control panel, the selected video will become smaller than the specified size when actively moving the video in the frame with the position tool. This is something I do commonly for Vertical video, so you kind of have to guess if the video is in the right spot rather then see it line up correctly. Lots of trial and error. Attached a screenshot to show what specifically is the issue. To be clear, I can not seem to reproduce the issue, but if you simply copy my timeline with any clip you can attempt to recreate it!
