Adobe Aero won't create or update link

Hi everyone,

I’ve run into an issue with Adobe Aero today. It suddenly stopped creating or updating links. Everything was working fine last week, but now I'm stuck. I’ve gone through all the related posts on the forum, tried all the suggested solutions, and even had chats with two Adobe agents today who guided me through more troubleshooting steps. Unfortunately, nothing has worked.

I’m in the middle of a university capstone project and can’t progress without this feature. Does anyone know if this could be a server issue? Is Adobe Aero down or just broken right now? Any help would be appreciated!

I was told to call the number and then select the option that says for support with Photoshop or Adobe suite. +1 (408) 762-5661

I agree please call and report ! I just did again they said it has been escalated to the engineers.

how to directly contact them? I saw in discord channel that there are already aware of this issue but it still not fixed...we have waited for 5 days already

By the way: the Support Team is pretty unaware of the Problem. Might help when more people catch up with them?!

I talked to the Support Team. Their advice was to deinstall and install the Programm. It didn't work out. Anyone here with further Information?

This is issue has come up again, today all of my project links have been unlinked and no new like are being generated.

please update me with what can be done

Hi Vanessuca,
Do you know if the links get recreated when everything is fixed again, or do stay the same? I have clients and customers where I deploy AR experiances on this platform and I cannot be recreating brand new links. It seems like you've been through this before haha.
