Adobe Express - "Something went wrong while creating your animation. Please refresh the page."

Hi. I have a problem in Adobe Express. I have been trying to animate from audio but I always get this message: "Something went wrong while creating your animation. Please refresh the page."  I have restarted my computer, cleared cookies, and tried Incognito mode. I do not know what else. Please help. Thank you.
