After Effects kompozisyon ekranı donuyor

Hello, I'm an Adobe Cloud subscriber. When working on a project in After Effects, the video on the composition screen constantly freezes. Sometimes the timeline progresses and the background music plays, and sometimes the sound and video disappear completely. For example, when this happens on my composition screen, I want to draw a circle with the circle tool; the circle appears in the layers section on the left, but not on the composition screen itself. This is really frustrating; I constantly have to close and reopen After Effects, and when I press the close button, I get an "application not responding" error. Even if I close and reopen the application, it only works smoothly for 5 minutes and then freezes again. I've tried various things to fix this problem for about a week now, including: cleaning in-app disks, lowering the quality, trying to continue my projects by skipping a frame or two, deleting and reinstalling the application, changing the version, and allocating more space to After Effects than to other Adobe applications I use, but nothing has changed. I even tried cleaning my computer, which is new, but it didn't work. This is really wearing me down; please help me. I've been actively using it for about a year now, and I encountered this problem initially. It resolved itself, but now it's back again.
