Edit Transcript Not Working in Premiere Pro Beta

Editing exact words in transcript sometimes isn’t firing correctly in Premiere Pro Beta v26.1.1 build 32. I received this prproj file from my new editing assistant. He said he saved from Non Beta PrPro Version 26.0.0 Build 72 via Media Encoder with the attached settings (see image/screenshot)

The transcript edits aren’t applying, or sometimes the window to make the typo corrections isn’t opening at all.

pressing enter doesnt work, just adds a break. clicking out doesnt apply the text edit.
