Name Field Empty in Bulk Send

Not sure why Adobe Sign is not a category for bug reports because with upgrades, I think its still needed. This has happened multiple times since I regularly send documents to groups in bulk send. The name field comes up empty when the document has been completed by a recipient even though I have made it required. It is very frustrating because then I have to Print to PDF the file in order to even add the name on the document afterwards. It creates a lot of rework. What is even stranger is the date field is always complete even though you are not able to make that a required field.
