problem with video generation in Adobe Firefly

Hello. I have a problem with video generation in Adobe Firefly.

Adobe Firefly Video Model works correctly, but all Partner Models fail to generate video.

I tested:

• Google Veo 3.1 Fast — error
• Kling — error
• Luma Ray 3.14 — error
• Adobe Firefly Video — works correctly

With the Partner Models I receive the following message:

“The server was unable to process your request. Check your internet connection and try again.”

My internet connection is working normally, and Adobe Firefly Video generates successfully.

I need to use the Partner Models today. Could you please check whether there is an issue or restriction with Partner Model access on my Adobe account?

Please also confirm whether this is a known service issue and provide a solution or workaround.
