Unable to create link in Adobe Aero

Dear community,

I am having problems with creating link for my project? Does anyone have the same issue?

I am using my company account, and have issue. I tried to download it and transfer to my personal account to create the link but to no avail.

Can anyone advise me? I need this project for a presentation and it is quite urgent.

I am using desktop window version 0.24.4 and ipadOS 2.24.1.

I managed to fix the link issue by reducing my file size to under 20MB. I recreated my scenes in a new file, and it worked again. Sometimes the link doesn’t update right away — I found that exiting the file and restarting it helps the update go through. On the other hand, I also cleared out the large files in my cloud storage — that seemed to help too.

I contacted support, but they couldn't help me. All they did was redirect me to this post: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-aero-bugs/adobe-aero-won-t-create-or-update-link/idi-p/14879827#sa_src=web-messaging

This appears to be a common problem, and I'm concerned it's related to the shutdown of Aero.

If anyone has tips on similar AR programs, I'd appreciate the help

Did it solve itself?

I have the same issue now and yesterday.

Also i can't see the QR codes on my profile on the website.
