Adobe Aero won't create or update link

Did you were able to solve it? 

Aero is working now!!!! 

1. Take you old code and load it into Chrome browser.

2. Then copy the longer link chrome loaded  and it should load on your phone.

3. To make a QR code for your project you can use https://zxing.org/w/decode.jspx

4. paste the old code into the into a online QR code creator like https://account.qrcode.studio or use googles QR code sharing frrom the browser.

5. Here's a old video but its the same except the sharing option is where the three dots or cookies are located top right of the browser window.

I really need your help@Artist Marcus . Could you please be more specific about the method you use to make it work? I got the old QR code that has worked before the 29-30 issue, so how should I proceed next? I uploaded the QR code to your link, and then what's next? thank you 

SO if you already have a QR code or a link you can convert it to load diretcly.

This is what I was able to do today.

1. I had code images or links they would not work on a phone bu ton my Mac loaded them into a browser. 

or I uploaded the non working Aero QR to https://zxing.org/w/decode.jspx

And created a direct link using the image converter. Just select the camera icon and upload your old Aero QR code. 

The only way tjis works if you have a old previouly created Adobe aero QR or a link you made with adobe before the event May 29th or May 30th. Let me know if this helps anyone!

Really i dont understand why it suddenly work for you? I tried deinstall the Whole Suite and installed it. I also tried Aero with a new account: still doesnt work...

i'm having the same problem! This is an absoute joke, i have a business to run using Adobe Aero Beta and it doesn't even work.. why am i paying for my adobe programmes, when adobe aero doesn't even work?? How long has it not been working for? Did anyone get it working?

Its still not working on my end I tried changing locations and networks. It is still broken.

I will call again today they closed my case claiming I can fix it with reinstalling the app and installing it again but I did that again and still no luck.

The problem was solved by literally changing "geographic position". During a trip to another city very far from my studio I tried to repeat the operation on Aero, using the mobile hotspot to have the possibility of testing the thing on an "equal" network, and magically Aero started working correctly again and continues to work correctly even after I returned to the studio
