어도비 학생 플랜 결제 완료했으나 아직 처리중
학생 플랜으로 결제했는데요, 메일에서 처리 중 문제가 생겼다면서 기다리라고 하는데 처리가 되면 돈이 나간다는데 돈은 이미 나간 상태이고, 플랜 취소 하려고 계정 관리에 들어갔는데 처리된 플랜 없다고 뜨고 주문 내역도 없고 이거 어떻게 해결하죠?
