자동결제 환불요청
안녕하세요. 오늘(2026년 7월 9일) 자동 갱신으로 결제가 된 것을 뒤늦게 확인했습니다. 자동결제가 설정되어 있는 줄 몰랐고, 결제 후 약 1시간 만에 구독을 취소했습니다. 갱신된 서비스는 사용하지 않았습니다. 자동 갱신된 결제에 대해 전액 환불을 요청드립니다. 감사합니다.
