Input fields freeze when pressing Enter or clicking in Premiere Pro Beta

Description:
In Premiere Pro Beta, when entering a numeric value (for example, adjusting a clip’s Scale parameter) or typing into any search field (such as searching for effects), the application becomes unresponsive after pressing Enter or clicking outside the field. The value is not applied and the action does not execute.

This behavior occurs consistently across all panels that require manual value input or text-based searches.

Expected behavior:
The entered value or search query should be applied immediately without freezing or locking the interface.

Actual behavior:
The interface freezes and the change is not applied.
