I have passed an image and crop values to my form action page. I want to crop the image and then save it to disk. the imagecrop() function s returning an error: The result of the method ImageCrop cannot be assigned because it does not return a value.Here's what I've tried:<cfset myImage = ImageReadBase64("#form.xBase64PhotoString#")><cfset myImage=ImageCrop(myImage,Val(form.x),Val(form.y),Val(form.w),Val(form.h))><cfimage source="#myImage#" destination="c:/workgroups/webdata/badgecards/#BadgPhotoName#" action="write" overwrite="Yes">The imagecrop is a new process for this existing template. In downloaded PDF the images displays as red * marksTheCF server and  the client uses  SSL, In ODF cfdocument maked HTTP calls to get images, this HTTP call can't get the correct response due to the restriction by client SSL.can we convert cfpdf HTTP to HTTPS calls. for this conversion do I need to import SSL from client browser in coldfusion JRE's bin, with keytool command and restart CF.please suggest me.

Hi,In Coldfusion 9 I was able to have the CFML documentation offline on my machine, but I cannot seem to do so with CF10 or CF11. This is a problem when working on a remote place with little or no internet access. Any suggestions? Is there a way to have the documentation locally???Thanks to anyone who can help!

Ever since my server went to Coldfusion 11, the cfcalendar does not show up on my pages.  Is there a difference tag for this or has this tag been depracated?

I have a dashboard with graphs and tables. when i am clicking on the pdf button  the graphs are missing in the pdf. For this same problem on a different server i have increased the  the time to live of each chart option in cold fusion administrator settings and that worked for me over there. Now i am working on a different server but have same cold fusion administrator settings but still my graphs are missing in the pdf. Is this happening due to any SSL Certificate issue or some Fire wall settings.Can anyone please help me on this?

I just installed ColdFusion 11 Developer on a Windows 7 system.  I am using the internal web server.  I can access CF apps from the server using http://127.0.0.1:8500/CFIDE/passme/hello.cfm, but when I attempt to access CF from my laptop, I get "Cannot locate internet server.  I have attempted to access the server using its real IP but also fail.

We are having problems with our ColdFusion 11 with update 5  web server completely resolving files with .cfm.The website will display the file "index.cfm" as expected.http://webserver.com/users/dosowski/This website gives a 404 error:http://webserver.com/users/dosowski/index.cfmAlong with that we are trying to install update 6 with the ColdFusion Administrator and when we click on the install button nothing happens.Any one else have these problems?

I put a log after the cfquery and it failed to generate anything too.

I have a cfm file that has been working for years on a remote shared server, which saves an uploaded image, crops it, resizes it and then saves it to a different folder as a thumbnail.The upload save, get image metadata, resize, and save of resized file all work fine, but if I include the imageCrop line, then it fails silently at that point with no error.It looks as though the imageCrop function is failing to load the image to manipulate it. But since everything else works, I can't think how this could be.Anyone got any clues where I can look.Doug

Hi everyone. I have an edit page that updates some fields in a database. We just converted everything from Access to SQL. I can update the page just fine for the most part, except when I try to update the Sales Order Number for some reason. I'm not sure why. I think it has something to do with the SQL database, but I don't know what. The field is called Sales_Order_Number. When I try to enter a number in this field, I get a 500 Internal Server error. Below is my query that I use to display the info. on the action page, and also the Updating of the table.We have also updated our ColdFusion from MX7 to 11. Not sure if that would make a difference or not otherwise. Can someone please help? Hi,We are encountering an issue with Windows Authentication.  Static pages like html, txt files are ok but for cfm pages, Windows Authentication is not taking effect.  The problem seems IIS is not checking cfm file permissions before passing to CF for processing.Thanks,CC

Hi. I am setting a key on my Application.cfm page so that others cannot see the ID numbers I'm using in our database.We have some RFQ's in the database we keep track of along with contact information. When I get to the page to display the RFQ info., I receive a 500 internal server error. When I look at the exception log, it says the Element KEY is undefined in APPLICATION. I'm not sure why it's saying this since I have it on the Application.cfm page. We are upgrading to a new server and this has something to do with either that or we are also updating to Cold Fusion 11 from Cold FusionMX7 at the same time. This works fine in our old server and MX7, but now is not working in the new server and Cold Fusion 11. I am moving a ColdFusion app off of a really old server (the old server has Blue Dragon installed that came with oracle odbc drivers built in) to an newer server (Windows 2012) with ColdFusion installed instead. On this new server, I get a success when I test the 64 bit Oracle in instantclient10_2 connection.  However, when I attempt this connection as an ODBC Socket in the ColdFusion Administrator, with this strategy I get an error of architecture mismatch between driver and application. So, on this new server I instead went the route of jdbc, so I instead chose "other" as my driver in the ColdFusion Administrator, with this strategy I get an error of "Timed out trying to establish connection" I have verified my jdbc url and username/password are correct (I connected successfully with this jdbc url via RazorSQL as a test), I have verfied the jdbc driver is in the appropriate class path for ColdFusion. We are are planning to migrate MX7 to CF11 and am trying to determine how much effort it will take.  In the meantime, we are currently using Oracle 10.2 but am getting pressure to migrate to Oracle 12C before we migrate to CF11.  Is this possible?Thanks

I have been using PayPal payflow pro as my payment gateway and I have recently been able to successfully process credit cards for user. now I am getting a connection failure when I run a test credit card to pilot-payflowpro.paypal.com. the custom tag I am using to process credit card is <cf_PayFlowPro .
