Hello, I am looking to put together some basic video demos for a company i work for. I really like the layour of the Breeze UI where you have the video on the main page and the topic options on the side, so if you have say 7 topics you can skip any of them you do not care about. I am however not interested in online seminars or training. I would just like to have these video demos available on our site to walk users through the use of our products. Is breeze the best option for me or is there something i am missing? It seems more geared for online seminars and such, and is kind of expensive for only creating interactive demo movies. I know i could create this in flash, but it seems like it would be very time consuming. Any suggestions would be apprectiated. best regards, -tom

I'm creating a SWF that only contains the MediaPlayback component in Flash and that would ideally by linked to a FLV in the content section of the Breeze server. Although I can get an absolute path to the folder that the FLV was uploaded to (i.e., http://mycompanyname.breezecentral.com/p58544386/) and I know the name of the FLV file (i.e., John DoeSm.flv), when I setup the MediaPlayback component to point to http://mycompanyname.breezecentral.com/p58544386/John DoeSm.flv, I get nothing. The reason WHY I am setting up this SWF to "play" the FLV file, is because the I can setup the MediaPlayback component to automatically start playing content. The Media Player that is built into the Breeze Server doesn't allow for the FLV to begin automatically. Has anyone been able to get this to work or have any recommendations? Below is the research I've done to try and make this work, but with no avail: I thought that this might be a sandbox issue so I uploaded the SWF (MediaPlayback Component)

What additional functionality/advantages are gained by using Server with Presenter? We aren't currently interested in the Meeting, Events or Training components. Given that, it's not easy to tell from the documentation what value-added functionailty the server provides beyond a pre-configured repository with access control functionality. Can someone enlighten me? Thanks, Chris

I am wondering if I can pull a report to see who has viewed my Breeze recording within Breeze or if I have to use an external registration page in order to see who has viewed it?

Hi, is HTML content upload supported&safe in Breeze 5.01? What results have you got? At a glance, everything appears to work fine but some users can not see my content, being instead redirected to HTTP 404 splash page. What should I expect? thanks francesco

If I publish a Breeze 5 test or survay locally can I retrieve the results when someone takes the test on a local machine? Same for survay results.

Aloha, I need to synchronize breeze to my AD LDAP so that I can grant access to Breeze via an AD group. I have tried using 'configure breeze' web interface w/ no luck. I have heard of a 'wizard' that would do this easier... please help ASAP

Hi Trialling Breeze for my company, did a few meetings OK, but now when I log in and press OK Internet explorer stops responding. Anu idea what causes this? BTW I can't see a button on the Forum to navigate to others pages ..am I missing something obvious! C

We're looking to provide aggregate usage reports via the web service api utilizing the following actions: report-bulk-meeting report-bulk-meeting-attendance report-meeting-session report-meeting-session-slots actions. Calling these directly returned various invalid status codes. Later a call to the action-list action did not list these among available actions which leads to the following questions: Why is this do they really exist? If they do exist how do we access them? What has the community done to gather aggregate usage data?

I have added some captivate demonstrations in my breeze presentation, these demos have no audio. When they are published on a breeze server i want the slide to change to the next one after the flash demo has finished, each demo is of different lengths so i dont want to set the time on every slide to be the same, is there a way to do this?

Using Breeze 5.1 with service pack 2, I cannot send e-mail from the server. I know the SMTP server is working since it is hosting other applications. Is there anyway of troubleshooting SMTP e-mail issues?
