Dear Adobe people, When I invite people to a meeting room in Adobe Connect, they get a popup with a tour of the website. They can make it go away by checking the "Don't show this again", but usually they are too confused or scared to do this. I have to take valuable time away from my customer interaction to explain this. Why on earth do think that users would want to take a tour of the website? Don't you know that they will click on every possible button until it works? Please remove the popup. It makes the user experience much worse. Thanks,Henrik

Using Adobe Connect to connect to Webinar. User gets to log in screen to enter credentials. User moves forward to connect screen and get no further. Have used https://na1cps.adobeconnect.com/common/help/en/support/meeting_test.htm to verify PC meets requirements for the connection. User has had issues with Adobe Connect Webinars for several weeks. User does not have problem from different PC at differnt internet access point. Hi,I am looking for a custom appearance of video pod. In host video pod I want to see the participants, whereas in a participant's video pod I want to see the host only. Is it possible in Adobe Connect.

The computer group that I belong to is using Connect to hold Virtual Technology Conferences.  I've been a presenter before and like using Connect.  However, I want to present some sessions on Linux and need to be able to share my desktop to show those attending things in "real time" instead of always having to put things on a slide presentation.  I saw where there was an Add-In for Linux that worked with Version 8, but my group is running Version 9 (which has no Add-In support).  Is this going to change with the next version of Connect that is or has come out?  Thanks.  John

Hi,I can type Tibetan characters in the note pod, but at 11 points it's too small to be visible. When I try to enlarge the font size, though, the text disappears; I can only see some of the accents above the characters. Is there any way to enlarge this font size in the note pod? Should I use a specific browser to view this font?Many thanks,Darrah

Hi, I've got connect trials, and there is limitation 10 people, I remember that there was limitation 25 attendees few months ago. Are there any changes in connect trials?

Does anyone know how I can remove these as well?  It would appear a copy of uploaded content gets saved somewhere and is referenced (i.e. available) even after I delete the content from my profile administration.Nothing in Uploaded Content.Files still appearing although as we see below I have purged the uploaded content.       

I am working in Articulate Storyline 2, packaging as a swf/html5 compliant SCO using SCORM 2004 v.4. When I test the file at SCORM Cloud, the manifest is good and the project launches without issue. When I take the same file and attempt to load it to Connect, the system reports an error - "file format not recognized" I have no idea where to go with this - the Articulate site and this site have no ther instances of this issue - anyone? anyone? Bueller?????

Hello everybody!I'm quite new to Adobe Connect in the role of a trainer. There ist one function I am missing: an acoustic signal/notification when a user changes its status.Example: The users have to fullfill a task which takes several hours. As the trainer, I'm online all the time in order to help if needed. But I need to stare at my screen all the time in order to notice if someone has a question. I wish there would be some kind of acoustic signal. Is there something like that? If not, this could be a feature request. GreetingsMarcel

I want to print pages from the Content Marketer's Guide to Webinars, downloaded from Adobe Connect page. I tried saving the document as a PDF using Acrobat Pro. That did not work. Printing using Control Print didn't work. I could use some help here.

Is there a fix for certain text blocks that disappear when the PPTX File is published to presenter and uploaded to connect?

Every time we host a webinar we have several people who cannot get logged in. We reset their passwords and nothing helps them, they just get continually locked out. Has anyone else experienced this? I've just spent an hour waiting for someone on chat to join me and the clock is still running. I'm very frustrated as are my clients who are just trying to attend a webinar. Should be easy.

My attendees indicate that they are unable to watch videos that we play during our events.  Are video pods supported via the iOS app?  If so, are there any specific steps I need to do to make them work for my attendees?

I'm trying to use an external mic with Connect on a Dell Latitude D630. Right-clicking the mic icon in the Connect window and clicking "Settings" (technically Flash settings) brings up line in and mic options, but I only get the built in mic, which picks up everything, including the internal fan in the computer. Audio drivers are up to date.
