Will the embedded WMV files in a PPT play correctly using screen share? My CEO has a presentation through Adobe Connect. We plan to screen share. Does this allow Connect to play WMV files? I've google over and over but I seem to get answers for file share instead.

I'd change my credit card number and now the Adobe Connect Service Plan is on Suspension.How can I change the number of credit card to resolve the problem?

I produce webinars, record them all, and then make an OFFLINE VERSION (downloaded to my computer) that I burn to DVD. This has always been flawless in the past. However, now, my OFFLINE RECORDINGS show meetings that are only 16 minutes 40 seconds in length, when in fact they are 2 hours long. The original recordings are the correct length when you view them online. Something seems to go wrong with Adobe's system when it goes through the "make offline" process. I'm on a Mac running 10.7.5 (Lion) and have been using Safari & RealPlayer. Adobe claims to have fixed the file, but the file itself was never the problem....I have multiple downloads of different meetings now all weighing in at 16:40. At first I thought maybe the glitch was from webinars recorded in Connect 8 but made offline after migration to Connect 9. HelloA friend of mine bought a quite good microphone and a good extrernal soundcard for recording podcasts. Everything works fine. But know she wants to use the microphone for Adobe Connect, because of the very good sound quality. Adobe Connect finds it an you can select it, but now singal comes into Adobe Connect. But it works with every other Adobe application. So why doesn't it work with Adobe Connect?The soundcard is the Tascam US-122 Mk2. Normaly very uncomplicated ..Thanks for any advice!Alinja

I'm experiencing issues uploading PowerPoints with audio into my Adobe Connect meetings and the audio playing correctly.  I'm using Adobe Connect 9 with the latest add-in and PowerPoint 2010.  The audio on the PowerPoint plays fine from my PC, but when I upload it into my AC meeting the audio does not play.  I've tried using MP3, Clipart, and Wav audio files in my PowerPoint and they all play from my desktop but not my Adobe Connect meeting.

I am trying to change my mail email in my account. The current email is no longer available to me. I've tried setting up the new email I get a message that says "Your account changes couldn't be saved."And then I get a new screen that says "FOR YOUR PROTECTION, PLEASE VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY."It wants me to use the old log in email address to verify I'm who I am, which I have done several times, but does not allow me to change the old address to a new one. When I try to put the new email in the main field again I get the same information as above and I get a pop up message that says"An email has been sent to your inbox. Please check your email to complete verification."I'm sure the verification is going to my old email address, but I'm not able to get any emails at the old address, as it has been cancelled. For instance, if someone is giving a speech in Spanish, can a translator type the text in English at real-time (or near real-time) for meeting attendees to see on a projection screen? My organization is hosting an event and needs to quickly translate speeches and display them for all attendees to see. Thanks!

I am getting adobe pop-ups in videos....asking if I want to sign-up for "sdelvenetworks.com"...which blocks out much of video content and which I can't remove....I've tried contacting adobe via website and telephone...it seems that unless you are a "customer" or want to buy something from them there's no hope of getting help...

I have a new ASUS C300M Chromebook.  My boss says I cant be presenter with Chromebook.  Is this because Chrome has a problem with the Add-in needed for screen share?  If so, is there any way around it, so I can use Chromebrook as presenter?
