J'ai deux fichiers de adobe digitals éditions, 2 et 3.J'essai d'autiriser mon ordinateur et ma liseuse Kobo Glo. Lorsque je télécharge, le livre vient de la bibliothèque à mon ordinateur. Je peux les lire sur mon ordi, toutefois il est imposible de les placer sur ma liseuse. Ce problème dure depuis l'chat de cette liseuse.  Je ne peut pas trouver mon ID ni mon mot de passe. Je me suis mal enregistrer et un erreur s'est produit dans mes ID et mot de passe. Depuis deux semaines, j'ai n'ai pas réussi avec beaucoup d'aide.Je crois que ma solution demande de supprimer les deux logiciels téléchargés et de repartir à zéro. Hi All, I downloaded some books and opened them in Digital Editions 4.5 However, whenever I go back into the sofware, although the book titles are there, they seem to be labled "missing" and in order to view them again, I need to re download them. Does anyone know why this happens or what I can do to fix the problem?Thanks so much.  

Hi All, I have installed Digtal Editions 4.5 on two computers.  However, I cannot figure out how to sign in to the second one since I don't know my password and cannot figure out how to retreive it. Does anyone know how?Thanks you.

No options to contact you. How is this a costumer service I’m not sure. Anyway I have a MacBook Air 2020 on which I downloaded the ADE and authorised it just fine. The library here   works. However, when I downloaded on my iPad 8- even after authorising the library doesn’t sync. Yes I have tried to wait. Yes I have tried to turn the iPad on and off. Yes I have tried to disinstall and install the app again. Yes I have tried to uninstall and install again the ade desktop and then refresh on both devices. Same thing but with iPad ade to desktop. No luck

Hello,I am using Adobe Digital editions on windows, on e-reader and on my android galaxy tab.I was trying different e reader apps on android like Aldiko who can also read Adobe DRM epub books. I din't deauthorize the Aldiko app and deleted it. Now i still get the message to many acitvations.reading the forum the only option was to contact the help desk (call and chat) i asked many timesfor a reset count. but nothing works and i still get the same error message To many acitvations.The support from Adobe is not verry good in helping me to solve this issue and i don't know what to do. Can anyone from the adobe support team please reset the activation count on Adobe Digital Editions for me????  So i can read my DRM epub books again. Otherwise i can't download them from my ebook vendor because all books are connected with the same adobe id. 

I got a new laptop. I loaded digital editions on the new laptop and copied the books over and I can't access any of them. I authorized the laptop using my adobe user ID and it says the 'vendor ID's don't match'. I only have one adobe account so this makes no sense. I no longer have access to the old laptop so...how do I get access to all of the digital editions I previously purchased? 

I have an older Nook that only worked with ADE 3.0. I recently updated my Macbook to Big Sur, which won't work with ADE 3.0. Now I can't open ADE 3.0 to deauthorize my account there. I want to deauthorize 3.0 and then authorize with the updated version. Can anyone help me with this?

When I downloaded it I accessed to the program "Adobe Digital Edition" anounimously but lately I created an account Adobe. Now I cannot access to the file anymore because it says that the license is owned by another user. HelloI downloaded an eBook from my FNAC web account and unfortunately opened it in ADE without an ID. I have an Adobe account with an adobe username and password. Adobe Digital Editions refuses yet to load this ebook with my adobe ID which is necessary to send it to my Kindle paperwhite. I have uninstalled and then reinstalled ADE and set the authorization with my Adobe ID but ADE refuses to load my ebook.What is the right procedure to get these authorization?Thank you for your help.

I bought a new computer and I downloaded adobe digital editions and there's an error message : ''Activation Server error" code: E_AUTH_NOT_READY I previously had installed it on another pc without troubles I erased the authorization thinking it might have been the problem (two pc and one account but no change so far)

Hey all,I was directed here from customer support, who couldn't help me.I am trying to open a Netgalley arc. I downloaded Adobe Digital Editions as requested, authorized it, everything seemed ok, but when I tried to download the book, I was told "Your computer cannot open this type of app." So I went in to settings to make sure that Adobe Digital Editions was the default app for ASCM files. It isn't even an option. The only things that come up are Adobe Acrobat and Word, and then a link to the app store, where Adobe Digital Editions is not available. I have no idea how to get it working. I'd appreciate any advice!Thanks.

I'm tryin to read an E-book on my Adobe Digital Editions program. And it doesn't open the window at all. The program comes to the tools on the bottom of the screen but doesn't open at all. I tried to reinstall and everything but nothing happens. I was reading the E-book earlier today. Closed my laptop for lunch, tried to go back and now it doesn't work.What can I do? Thankful for all the help.

A week ago I opened my e-books as always. From some time something- I- dont-Know happened and My old ID was unable to open the books. So I've created a new Adobe ID with new pw, erased the former authorization, modified my registry and finally entered the new ID. Now Digital Editions recognize the new ID but the problem stalls : the account is not linked to the book.Te new ID is totally uneuseful. Can you help me?Sincerely,Enrico DiniFirenze

I am currently using Adobe Digital Editions and trying to read a textbook for one of my classes. When I scroll it is extremely slow and I cannot scroll through pages smoothly. The words are blurry in one whole chapter and no matter what I do I can't get it fixed. Any advice on what I can do to make this work? I have been struggling to read this book for so long because of many issues with Adobe Digital Editions.

Hello all, I downloaded adobe digital and a ebook from my college. I have the book displayed in the adobe app. Any how I cant seem to figure out how to get the book to read out loud for me. Any help is much appreacited.

How to obtain a refund for Adobe Reader?  I should have bought Acrobat. Tony

My ADE 2.5.10 stopped working, so I found the updated 2.5.11 & installed it. The program appears to down load okay but it won't finsh installing or open. Do I need to delete 2.5.10 first? I got it straight from Adobe, btw.

My Adobe Digital Edition has always run perfectly well, but since yesterday it is a blank space where no books are shown in the shelves and it doesn't allow new downloads. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, but still the same. ¿Anybody can help? Thank you  

I have Adobe Digital Additions downloaded. It works fine. I have been sent an e-mail from school to download a book. It downloads fine. But when I try to open it I keep getting a message that says "Unable to Download - Error Getting License. License Server Communication Problem E_LIC_ALREADY FUFILLED_BY ANOTHER USER". Can anyone help me with this?
