bought a nook glowlight 3.    installed adobe digital and accidentally installed without an id so when i try to check out books from library on my computer it wont acknowledge my nook when i plug it to my computer.     can i add an id to authorize or is it too late. 

Hello. This is really frustrating. I just bought an e-book from a norwegian bookhandler website. I figured out that this was an ACSM file and that I needed to install Adobe Digital Editions. Further on I made an account on Adobe and autorized my computer. When I tried to download my e-book, the error message E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER showed up. I have de-authorized and re-authorized my computer, reinstalled ADE, turned my computer on and off, but I still keep getting the error. Can someone please help me with this.

Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.11 does not open the eBook.Could you help me? Thank you.

When trying Authorise ADE the following message is producted."can can only authorize this computer with an Abobe ID that hasn't been previously used to authorize any other computer or mobile device.  Please try again"The version ADE is version 3.  Any help would be greatfullKeith

Can´t authorise or deauthorise my computer because of a server default on Adobes server:Used every method but there is a fault om Adobes Server

I bought a protected eBook, and it won't share between devices. The eBooks doesn't appear in the ADE apps on my Galaxy S7 or my Galaxy Tab A. I followed all of the instructions, and authorized all the devices with the same Adobe ID and password. From what I saw, when you plug your device into the USB on the PC, and open ADE, the device is supposed to show up in the left margin. It does not. I need to see the eBook on my tablet for sure, but could only load the eBook on my PC. What a nightmare.  I would appreciate any help I could get to make this work. Thank you.

I just brought a new computer and downloaded adobe digital editions again. But now my library purchases are gone!  Does anyone knows how to get my purchases back??? 

i have reset my Adobe password prior to reinstalling ADE because of previous difficulties and now the new password is not being accepted under the heading "Authorize Your Computer".  I need straightforward advice as I am finding the website navigation seems to be complete with a rabbit warren of possible leads which turn out to head in an unrelated direction

Tuve que formatear mi equipo y al descargar de nuevo adobe digital, no me permite acceder a mis libros. He visto tutoriales, su página con muchas instrucciones, la comunidad y no obtengo solución a mi problema, cambie la clave, mi correo siempre ha sido el mismo y nada ha permitido que acceda a mis libros, veo que ha sido un problema recurrente en la comunidad. ¿Por favor me pueden ayudar?

I have recently started having problems downloading library books from Overdrive site which supports our local library (Home - Oregon Digital Library Consortium ).I am using an ASUS tablet running Windows 10 32 bit home edition. The software is Bluefire Reader. The exact error message is:Fulfillment errror - Error while streaming.[F/9]According to several posts found on this forum, I attempted to have my Adobe ID authorization reset. Supposedly it was (though I doubt it). It did not fix the problem. (Yes I did de-authorize and re-authorize the application.)Another post provided a link to set the authorization, and that file downloaded and loaded into my reader with no problems. However, the problem remains with my library.I have disabled the firewall and anything else which might be a problem (such as my anonymizer). I can download on my desktop computer, but I am more likely to read on my tablet so I want to find a solution to this problem.

I have a new phone, and none of my books are showing up on it. I can still see them on my phone.Both phone and computer are authorised with the same email.  I've tried all the suggested troubleshooting - the date is right, doesn't seem to be a firewall problem, I've tried connecting phone and computer with a cable but the phone doesn't show up in the Digital Editions app.  So at the moment I can only read books on my home computer.

My Windows 10 was updated couple days ago and ADE stopped opening. It seems that ADE is running but nothing will open. I have uninstall it, renamed My digital editions, used task manager, opened as admin, restarted computer and reinstalled for few times ADE, but nothing helps!

Hello,I have purchased a textbook through my school and it was working fine until i had to uninstall and re install the ADE. (It lets me login to Adobe on the web but will not take it on the ADE).When i go and click on my ebook it tells me i require authorization. It will not take the password i created. When i chated with support it said it was linked to my school email but i do not have access to it. I need to get into my textbook and it seems a password reset is needed.    

Dear All, I have an quiet old ADE Account, for which I used my old email-adress with my former employer. Recently my laptop was uptated to Windows 10 (from 8.1). After that I have to reload ADE again. When I wanted to sign in, ADE told me that I have to renew my password. Then they sent me a code of six signs to the old email adress. Unfortunately the old email adress does not exist anymore since two years, so I cannot receive this code. How can I proceed and how can I change the email adress to a new one? By the way: I have an Adobe-account for Photoshop Elements, using my new email adress. If it would be possible it might be a good idea to merge the both accounts but only if after that I can still read my old ebooks. I´m not exactly a computer fan, so any easy to understand help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance Alexander 

Can I download an Adobe Edition to pdf and email to someone?

I forgot to authorize my computer before downloading my book, and now I can't authorize it, and there for I can't have my book on my Mac and iPad. The book is only on my Mac, with is now authorized and i see the "authorize my computer" botton, but i can't click it.

I have a new tablet (switched to iPad 4) and installed the adobe digital editions app. How can I now read the book I previously had on my old tablet? adobe app does not show me any login area or transferring option. I don't know how to download the book from my old tablet either (ade file)  help! Thanks, 

I am really not a fan of adobe right now!I started by not authorizing my computer, and when i finaly found out how to do it, NOT BY THE HELP FROM THE CHAT OR IN HERE! i can now not enter my book! It says that I need to authorize my computer, but when i try to do that, guess what, i can't beacuse the book was opened when the computer was not authorized, so i don't know with login i am soupose to use. Thank you very mutch.... So now my school book i am sourpose to use by the semester start, witch is tomorrow, i cant.....

I get an error when i try to downloade a book on my ipad. The book is on my mac and they are on the same  autherization, but i get an error (Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER) they are on the same user, so i dont know why it says that.

When opening adobe digital after getting a book from the library will get a error not authorize. The computer is authorize. Unable to erase authorization, keys greyed out. How to fix ?
