ich versuche schon seit Tagen Hilfe bei der Fehlermeldung E-ACT-TOO-MANY-ACTIVATIONS zu bekommen!!! wenn mein Tolino nicht freigeschaltet wird.... kann ich ihn nicht mehr gebrauchen!!! Wie kann mann das Problem auf Dauer lösen??? Ohne das ich im Internet ständig auf Hilfe suchen muss???

I got Adobe experience manager trial licence from my company to ramp up? Basically i'm a Java developer so not sure how and where to get started? What kind of applications can be done using all these? Is all these comes under the category of Low Code No Code(LCNC)?

I can't get the authorization  from Aobe digital editions (ADE) on my reader. I have the right pw the right Id. nothing works 

I'm trying to authorize ADE on new Macbook Pro 2020. The dialogue window hangs "Please wait while your computer is being authorized". Everything is frozen and I can only Force Quit ADE. I have tried dragging the activation.dat folder to the trash, doesn't help. 

Does anyone know how I can deauthorize all my devices and start fresh? I am sick and tired of having to spend days trying to get a hold of adobe every time I upgrade my device. I just upgrade my tablet and had ot reinstall my reader app and now it won't let me authorize as I am supposedly over my limit even thougn it is the same bloody device.

Hi, Thanks for the twitter message encougaring me to post my problem in this forum. I'm cautiously optimistic that you can help me. When I try to download my book from my library using Cloud Library, I get this message in CL: E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12 Forums tell me to deauthorize and reauthorize my Adobe Digitial Editions, but this doesn't help. I have seen many other messages on this forum and I have tried them all. I uninstalled my older version of ADE and reinstalled vs. 4.5, but nothing seems to work. This has happened before and I was told to delete a file in users/shared/library/applicaction support. That worked for a while, but now I have this new problem. I just want to say that I am relatively computer savy, and I worry about all the people who have been stuck at home unable to get access to electronic library books if this problem is as common as it seems. Thanks.

Has anyone had luck using text to speech in Digital Editions with a DRM (acsm) file? I can get the text to speech to work on regular epub files in Digital Editions just not DRM files.   Any help would be appreciated, my textbook is very dense and listening helps me focus better. Thanks, 

I use digital edition of a textbook (if it matters, it's Human Life Its Philosophy and Laws: An Exposition of the Principles and Practices of Orthopathy by Herbert M. Shelton) and it opens perfectly well in the Adobe Digital Editions software (I'm onMac OS X Version 10.11.6 (Build 15G22010)and although I can type a search term in the search field, nothing happens.Any suggestions? The reason I bought a digital edition was to be able to search, so this has been a problem.Thanks!

Windows 10ADE 4.5.11, 4.5.10, 4.5.7, 4.5.3 I borrowed a book from the library (pdf format). Impossible to download it: ADE crashes constantly and IF it downloads I get an error "E_IO_cannot_open". I successfully downloaded other books (epub and pdf) before and after that book. Tried deleting the book before trying again, when I restart ADE (or it crashes :/) the book is still in the library, sometimes w/ no cover, sometimes w/ wrong cover, sometimes w/ right cover, usually multiple times. I uninstalled ADE (4.5.11) and reinstalled: no change. Reverted to 4.5.10, then 4.5.7, then 4.5.3... still crashes constantly, won't delete the book, won't download the book. I made sure the user folder was not "read-only". I successfully downloaded other books during the same session (although ADE crashed there too), both epub and pdf. Bear in mind I have to switch to a different session on my computer which I created EXLUSIVELY for using ADE because it no longer works A

Hi! I can't seem to be able to link my Kobo devince to ADE. My device is connected, I autorized the computer on my device as well, but there is nothing on ADE about the device. There is only the library section, nothing about a devince section...I tried to reinstall ADE but nothing seems to work! HELP 

On a Windows 10 machine, is it possble to install Adobe Digital Editions on any drive other than C:?I've had a 'chat' with Adobe support, and they don't seem to understand the question or, for that matter, the difference between 'downloading a file' and 'installing an application'.  

This has been extremely frustrating. Neither ADE 3.0 nor 4.5 will launch when I try to open them. They also haven't been opening when I run as administrator. They still aren't working when I uninstall and reinstall them. When I track them in task manager, they pop up in the task manager for a second and immediately go away. I've been reading the forums for hours and haven't seen a fix. Does ANYONE know what the heck I can do to fix this.

I hope you can help.....?When I select Adobe ID as the ebook vendor and enter my Adobe ID and password, the error message which comes up says that username or password is incorrect so I cannot authorise any device or computer inorder to read my ebooks. I can log onto Creative Cloud and the Adobe Apps on my iPhone or iPad without any problem. Why does Adobe Digital Editions not work for me? Thanks for your help

I've had this problem of ADE crashing and losing all my notes from past 1-2 hours (the time I have been working). What can be done?

Hi - I have installed Digital Editions 4.5.11 on my computer.  When I download a book from my library, it takes me to DE and shows fulfilling book title, does not show the book in the Digital Editions.  How to do I move a book from Adobe Digital Editions to my e-reader when it doesn't show in Digital Editions?

I am a writer that prefers handwriting as opposed to typing. I've been researching forever, it seems, for a digital pen system that will allow me to do this...plus, then be able to download my digitized work into my desktop computer...and THEN export these files into a program which will allow me to edit the text. So far, I've decided on the LiveScribe Echo pen system. This pen also has audio capability. It will digitize my handwriting and will also keep my original handwriting and can be downloaded into my desktop. (LiveScribe has a different pen that will send info to Android tablets & I-phones.) But this is only half the job. I've been unable to find any editing software program to which my desktop files can be exported.  Can anyone out there relate to this? Certainly I can't be the only person in the world that still prefers handwriting. I can't seem to get a flat out "Yes" or "No" whether or not there is such editing software. I downloaded Digital Editions some while ago but do not know how it works. How can I receive the "Getting started" e-book?

On 98% of my downloaded library books, Digital Editions opens them just fine. Every once in awhile, though, a book won't open and I get the Error: Check Activation pop up. Other suggestions have said that uninstalling and reinstalling, deactivating and reactivating, or editing the registry and reactivating will fix it. None of that works for me and the error is not consistent. For example, if I have three new books to open, the first one loads fine, the second gets the error message, and the third loads without issue. So clearly it is not an activation problem. What is it? I'd like to get these books read before my loan expires.

Ik heb boeken gekocht die Adobe Digital Editions nodig hadden. Ik heb dit zonder autorisatie op de pc kunnen downloader, omdat de weg via Adobe-ID niet werkte. De boeken konden worden gedownload naar de pc en vandaar gekopieerd naar de Kobo e-reader. De boeken openen wel op de pc, maar niet op de e-reader. Kobo geeft aan 'not authorized with Adobe Digital Editons.Kobo handleiding geeft mij geen duidelijkheid hoe mijn e-reader te autoriseren.Graag hulp. 

When I open ADE, it now opens up with a blank screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times. Operating System - Windows 10 

I have a macbook pro and when I try to open an acsm file I get an error message.  I read online to deauthorize and reauthorize ADE, however, I keep receiving a message that I cannot deauthorize and to try later.  Does anyone know how I can deauthorize it?  If not, how do I complete remove ADE from my mac so that if/when I reinstall it, it asks me to authorize, instead of pulling up my authorization info.[Moved from non-technical Forum Lounge to specific Program forum...
