Hallo zusammen,wenn ich Seiten eines ePapers im acsm-Format der Stadtbücherei (Onleihe) ausdrucken möchte, wird der untere Teil der Seite abgeschnitten. Dies passiert bei jedem ePaper, bei dem Drucken erlaubt ist. Es ist auch egal, ob ich den PDFCreator oder meinen "richtigen" Drucker verwende. Der Druckertreiber ist aktuell. ADE habe ich heute aktualisiert.Wer kann mir helfen? 

Moin,ich versuche meinen Laptop mit der adobe id und Kennwort zu autorisieren, aber es kommt die Meldung, mit diesen Daten sei bereits anderweitiges Gerät autorisiert worden. Was ist zu tun, ohne dass die geladenen Bücher verloren gehen oder ich alle neu laden mußDanke

Just installed ADE for first time and I cant authorise using an Adobe ID.   I am using a microsoft.com account and wonder if it has do with federated sign in?

I can download the adobe digital editions  latest version but am unable to transfer e books to it and then onto my Kobo HELP !!!!!

Earlier this year, after many years of untroubled use, I could not open a book. It said I was not authorised, even though I have been for years. I used the erase authorisation function, re-authorised myself, and it worked fine. Now today it refused to work again and it would not erase my authorisation like it did last time. I uninstalled ADE and reinstalled, but it was still the same. After a search online I found a solution involving editing the registry and it now works. This can't be right? Something should be done. I am competent at registry editing, but I don't like doing it. A less experienced user would be stuck.

I cant turn my EPUB file into a pdf or even upload the file to an online reader to have the ebook read aloud.

So the main issue is that i can't authorize my ADE to get my books that I bought on Google Play Books. The issue is that it doesn't let me sing in with my google username and password. I can't find any other way to log in. I already connected my Adobe Id with my Google Account but it still doesn't let me read the books.

I just downloaded Adobe Digital Editions to open a Google eBook that I recently purchased. I want to be able to open the PDF version. I authorized the program with my Adobe ID and then loaded the book into my library. I located it in my File Explorer and found the PDF file under the Digital Editions file. However, when I open that PDF, it says it's corrupted.

So back in 2013 I bought a digital version of Adobe Photoshop CS6 from amazon, my harddrive took a dive and now i cannot download from amazon again. I still have the serial number is there anyway to download this again? I do not want to have to pay for a subscription for something i already spent a lot of money on.

For several times I have cleaned the Cash of the PlayStore on my Galaxy A (2016) tablet running Android 8.1.0. At any time I installed it it can either have no access on the directories or asks for verification with the Adobe Account. Every time I do it as verified on PC with accurate data access is denied on the tablet. Alternative readers indicate problems with the DRM file. Hence I cannot open a signle ePUB or acsm-file. This drives my crasy and I therefore need help to resolve it. Thanks

I have been trying to load a library book on my Nook Glowlight 3. I created an Adobe ID to do so, after not being able to use my OverDrive account to Authorize ADE. I tried to upload the book to the Nook and I received the "CE_COPY_NOT_ALLOWED - No permission to copy this book" message.  How can this be fixed?

When I try to add my eBook (.acsm file) to Adobe Digital Editions, I get a window which says"Unable to downloadError getting License. License Server Communiccation Problem:E_ADEPT_NO_TOKEN" What does this mean and what can I do to be able to open the book?

Win 10 environment.  New install of ADE.  Font size will not change.  Selector accepts change, but no change to image.

I need my password for my digital editions but don't know what it is - how can i reset?  I want to de authorize my old account as I don't have access to that email anymore

We have txo Leetto Frontlight and two Adobe IDs. How can I use Adobe Digital editions? How can I authorize two IDs on the computerso that both of us can borrow books?

My computer was recently updated and my access to my e book is not working anymore.It is thru Adobe digital editions 4.5. the error message I am getting is the vendor I am using does not reconize my adobe ID. The vendor I am using is "Adobe ID" and I sign in with my adobe ID and password but it doesn't connect. Can anyone help me figure this out?Thank you 

I bought an ebook in an online store. I can only download the .ACSM-file, which I then should open with Adobe Digital Edtions to access the .epub file.But this is not working. Every time I try to open the .ACSM-file, ADE crashes.I have already uninstalled and re-installed ADE and I use the latest version.I have also un-autorised my PC and re-autorised it again.I use Windows 10 64-bit.

I recently bought a new Windows 10 laptop. I have downloaded digital editions and renamed the file, as suggested in the forum. I am using the same Adobe login as on the old laptop. The books downloaded to DI over several years are not listed when I open DI on the new laptop. Do I have to manually copy them over and if so, how?I will still be using the old laptop so do not want to delete the libraty on thereIt is very frustrating. Please help

I recently purchased 20 licenses (total of 120 eBooks) from RSMeans all registered under a single username email address and password to be shared by my company's 40 engineers and cost estimators.  RSMeans eBooks require Adobe Digital Editional (ADE) to be read.  Several engineers have now used the same email addres,  username and password to download ADE onto there device / computer.  But every time one person logs in and downloads an eBook, multiple eBooks appear on everyone else's library, along with additional and random partial / blank icons.  When those icons are deleted, different, appearantly random eBooks are deleted off of each of the other users' libraries.  How can this be managed?

I transferred my ebooks to another computer but now it says "The Vendor accouant yhou entered is not associated with the item you are trying to open". It has been years since I originally downloaded the program. I have no clue what to do.

When I connect my eReader (Kobo) to my computer via USB cable, Adobe Digital Editions does not recognize that a device is connected. The USB port and cable are both working. I have updated my Kobo to the latest software.

Hi,I am trying to authorize a device (KOBO ereader) to ADE version 4.5. The error that I get is 'activation server error code'. According to the Forum, the solution seems to be to erase the (computer) authorisation and then authorise again. But doing that, I get another error: ' unable to erase authorization. Please try again after some time'. And the last bit of advice (try again after some time) does not help either.Tried to chat with Adobe, but they do not want to help me out. Who has a good solution? I am working on a Mac by the way.Thanks, M

Hi! I have problem adding an ebook which I just bought. When I try to add it through the acsm link it only says "Error, Check Activation".I have authorized my computer earlier, but I have changed my computer setup since then, and I guess that is an issue. I am unable to erase authorization to make a new one, it says "Unable to Eraze Autorization. Please try after some time." every time I try to erase.I guess I need to edit registers to delete the authorization? Or is there anything else I can do? Kind regardsTomas

It seems that it's impossible to scroll through a document on Abobe Digital Editions? This makes it so much more difficult to read! I don't recommend.
