Bonjour,Je suis bloquée pour ouvrir mon livre sur mon ebook sur ma liseuse bien que la procédure de téléchargement se soit bien passée.J'ai ce message d'erreur : "Votre eReader n'est pas autorisé à ouvrir ce livre" - Ce livre est protégé par Adobe Digital Rights Management (DRM).J'ai voulu suivre la procédure conseillée dans ce cas : effacer l'autorisation puis la remettre en place.Le problème est que lorsque je veux effacer l'autorisation, mon MP est demandé, lorsque que je met le MP de mon compte ADE il n'est pas reconnu. Par contre j'arrive sans problème à me connecter a mon compte ade sur internet avec mon MP.J'ai essayer de désinstaller l'application ADE de mon ordinateur puis réinstaller, cela n'a rien changé.Comment sortir de cette situation ?Merci pour votre aide

I am puzzled regarding how to load Adobe plugins that are listed in the Digital Edition Help menu selection "About Adobe Plugins".  The info window for this topic shows a collection of Adobe Plugins that (I guess) came with my install of the software.  But some of them are shown as loaded and some are shown as not loaded, such as the DRM plugin for example.  Some of them seem to be loaded at some times but not loaded at other times, and there is no control or function that I can see .that provides this functionality.  I cannot find any info on how to find, load, unload, actyivate, or whatever in the Help files.  The list is pretty long and most are loaded, but I would like to now where to get plugins, how to install and activate and control them, and so on for the DC reader so that I can control what is available etc.  Any help would be appreciated.This reader is the greatest PDF reader for my Win desktop PC ever, I wish there was a version for my Android

Good Day, after LOTS of trial and error I have come to the following EBOOK setup.  I use Calibre to organize my personally scanned and purchased books into PDF and EPUB formats only.  All book folders are in a main master library folder I have named "Calibre" it is linked to the same named duplicate folder on my cloud Onedrive account.  So everything organized on the Laptop, is also auto backup to cloud.  So far so good.  I also have an app for Calibre on my Tablet. that lets me know what already on the tablet and what is NEW in the Onedrive library folder, so I can copy them to Tablet if I want..  I have found a few tablet readers that seem ok.  But for my Laptop, It looks like the "Adobe Digital Additions" will make a GREAT reader?  After LOTS of trying  many ebook formats and "this and that options", I have clearly decided to stay clear of all Kindle formats and readers.  But FINALLY here is the REAL question?  So Far I have abo

Hallo. Ich habe eine Windows Neuinstallation gehabt.Ich habe daraufhin erneut auch die Digital Editions installiert. Ich habe es auch autorisieren können.Zunächst wurden (fast) alle Bücher richtig angezeigt. Da jedoch ein Paar von Ihnen offenbar Autorisierung Fehlermeldungen hatten habe ich das Programm neu gestartet.Daraufhin war gar kein einziges Buch mehr auf der Oberfläche zu sehen weder autorisiert oder nicht. Ein Testbuch, das von Adobe angeboten wird konnte ich jedoch sehen/lesen.Wenn ich die erworbenen Bücher zur Bibliothek erneut laden möchte, kriege ich die hartnäckige Fehlermeldung: "Das Dokument, das sie hinzufügen möchten, ist bereits in der Bibliothek vorhanden.".De-Installation Neu-Installation führt zu nichts. Autorisierung aufheben , wieder autorisieren - führt zu nichts.Vielen Dank in voraus für jede Hilfe.

I set up an account with Adobe Digital Editions and it won't let me authorize the computer.  It says my user ID or password is wrong.  I have determined the correct user ID.  How can I change my password?

I used to be able to download digital files from Netgalley.com but now I get  this error message. I tried to de-authorize my account but it spins and spins and nothing happens. If I remove and re-install the app, I will lose all my titles which are no longer available. I don’t understand why anyone uses your digital format instead of the kindle which always works. I am at the point of never selecting a book in the protected file format that takes me to ADE.

I was using ADE 4.0 and when I tried to download the eBOOK, I got an error as under:

Unable to Download
Error getting licence. Licence server Communcation Problem E_ACT_NOT_READY

I Googled the error and a link suggested to de-authorize the ADE and re-authorize it in your Mac.I did the same and while re-authorizing, it came up with an error as under:

Getting an error Activation Service Error - Code E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY
I am having issues authorizing my account in ADE. 
I removed ADE 4.0 from my mac and downloaded the latest version i.e. 4.5.7 and when I try to authorize, I am getting the same error. Can you please let me know what needs to be done to resolve the same.

Also, I have a question that why ADE 4 is getting the Licence Server Communication Problem at the first place.

hi everyone,I have a Google ebook which I have paid for and downloaded on my Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0. When I open the acsm file, it takes me to ADE. But nothing happens? Literally, nothing happens. The book does not show up, the screen doesn't change - it just has my empty library (except for the instructions) staring at me. The device is authorised, and I can do the exact same thing and get it on my phone and laptop. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, deactivated and reactivated, opened and closed the app, and nothing changes! I also tried downloading both the epub and pdf file.Can anyone help? Is it maybe possible to get my tablet listed as a device on my computer version of ADE, where I can drag and drop the book?Unfortunately I can't read it through Google Play Books either, as the app keeps crashing.any help would be appreciated

Jag kör fortfarande Win 8.1 och har installerat Adobe Digital Edition 4.5.. Men jag kan inte öppna det?

I have a workbook (CRCM Reference.acsm) a user wants to print certain pages from it. when she prints, the whole page doesn't show up. She wants the page numbers that are at the bottom of the document on each page to come with it and they are getting cut off, almost as if they are not there. No matter what scale I print to, or any printer settings I change, I cannot get the HP printer or my Sharp Copier to include the information that is actually on the bottom of each workbook page. Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this? I confirmed she is on the latest version of Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.10.186048 already. This is on a Windows 10 machine. It used to work on her Windows 7 machine but now it does not on windows 10. I assume there is a setting I am missing but there are very limited settings on can change for the printer. Nothing to allow me to change margins or anything like that either. Thank you

I updated digital editions from 2.0 to 4.5.10. Now I cannot open a book I purchased. (ACSM file). I get the following error message: Error getting License. License server communication problem: W_ADEPT_CORE_EXPIRED. How can I get my book back? BTW using Mac OS X 10.14

My kobo is repeatedly error messaging me that my books downloaded from the library are protected by DRM - I have been trying to import them in using ADE4.5 in my iMac. I have spent over 8 hours on this issue and tried every suggestion in the Help forum, the most recent forum being dated 2017 from Adobe developers. I have a Kobo H2O.Is it time to upgrade my Kobo? Library books have never transferred over easily, so frankly I'm not sure if I want to go down the Kobo path again if this issue has not been fixed. This time despite my best efforts I absolutely cannot get it to work. Is there a local store we can the eReaders to so a technician can have a look? Or some sort of refund/replacement scheme for this issue?Thank you
