Hello I did receive instructions to de activate and followed thosewhen using cloud library to borrow book message appears "activation changed on your computer -computer needs to reactivate"when accessing help tab on ADE the authorize computer tab is faded outstill not able to use ADE/CLOUD library/ereader for more that 24 hours

Hi! I have a problem. I don't know how can I remove green line. It's just visible in precomposition, not in layers. I didn't use any effects in precomp.

I am trying to authorize a new computer with my adobe id (which works for other apps smoothly) but my login details not recognized.Seems like it required different password than the regular adobe password.

HiI have downloaded ebooks from my university library search tool, and uploaded to digital editions. Ebooks seem to expire after about 3 days. I wish to know hoe to renew an ebook within digital editions rather than having to download a new ebook after the ebook expires. If I download a new ebook i lose all marked pages and highlighted text. Please can someone help?

Adobe Digital Editions doesn't accept my password or permit me to reset it.Have been able to change password for Adobe but not Digital Editions.Need to open am acsm file.Does anyone know a way to reset password specifically for Digital Editions?Thanks!

Beim Lesen von Zeitungen ist Digital Edition sehr langsam. Scrollen ist fast unmöglich. Früher mit PDF Reader war das kein Problem.Gibt es eine Lösung?

My wife activated my laptop to her ADE account and now I cannot deactivate her account. I confirmed her password and Adobe ID by having her log into Adobe but the same email/password combination does not deactivate her from my laptop's ADE. I tried to uninstall and reinstall ADE but it still defaults to her account. Please how to I resolve this.

In window 7 OS system I've installed ADE 4.5 version. When I open Epub 3.0 file in this version It shows "Unable to open", if I change the same file version into Epub 2.0 in OPF I can be able read the file in ADE 4.5 no errors shown while opening this file.Can you please explain what might be the issue is on my system or ADE 4.5 version with Windows 7 OS !?

I have a Kobo ereader.It was registered on ADE with my Adobe account.I deregistered it, I changed my Kobo account on it, and I tried to register it again with the same ADE account but I got an E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATION error.Why ?Can anyone please give me an answer ?Thanks to all.

HELP!I bought an ebook, and I cannot get the book to download on Adobe Digital Editions. I've tried the most 3 recent ADE software versions, but they all give me the same error code: "Adobe Digital Editions (2.0/3.0/4.3.5) has stopped working. A problem has stopped the program from working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."I contacted the actual book seller and they helped me transfer this book to ibooks, but I want to get it on my nook simple touch. I contacted nook by barnes and nobles and they said the book probably had DRM properties and therefore needed ADE to be transferred. Why will ADE not work? I am confused. Thanks in advance for your help.

Start by saying I've used ADE before to great success.However, my newest borrowed book will not copy to my Nook.  Copying will either not start or I get "copy not responding" message.Yes, everything is authorized.  I've downloaded the newest version of ADE (4.5.10) and still the same problem.To top it off, I've tried downloading the ebook from the library again (thinking maybe that is where the issue was) and now 7 copies are showing up in ADE.  I can't get rid of them.  I deleted from the computer and "remove from library," but all 7 keep showing up every time I open ADEPlease help

I have a Nook Glow Light, which had been cooperating nicely with ADE until recently. Now when I plug my nook into my computer, ADE doesn't recognize the device. I've been to the library- there is no trouble downloading eBooks, I went to the Microsoft store- my computer recognizes my nook, I have spent hours scouring forums, and finally spoke with Adobe customer support this afternoon. I've tried everything! I can't tell you how many times I've installed and uninstalled, authorized and reauthorized ADE. NOTHING works!! Does anyone have an idea about how to fix this?!

I use ADB, I have an ereader and ADEauthorized with the same account. I upload an ebook but can't open it on the ereader. There is no code error, but "Your device is not authorized. You need to authorized it again with Adobe ID and ADE". In the account setup on the ereader the authorization is ok, on ADE too, I don't understand. I've uploaded another ebook 10 minutes before without any problem... Can someone help me ?

I have been using ADE for a year and suddenly this morning it no longer started, or better: It started, I can see the icon on the bottom, but I cannot open it. I have windows 10. I de-installed ADE 4.5.7 and re-installed. Nothing worked. I installed ADE 4.5.10. It also did not work. Help, please! I need those ebooks!

How do I go about setting up an eBook App on the Adobe platform which includes videos and songs? Is there a monthly (or yearly) subscription? Also, can the eBook be created using Adobe InDesign CS6 or CC 2019 version? Please advise. Thanks!

Hi there,I have been running ADE on a windows 7 computer and need to upgrade to Windows 10 because windows 7 is being de-commissioned next year.  I currently have about .  So am looking to Upgrade ADE to 4.5.10 from 2.0 but I don't have access to the books anymore (only in my ADE 2.0).Can anyone give me advice on how I could keep my books?Would really appreciateThank youGaylea

Ik wil graag mijn e-reader gebruiken om e-books uit de Openbare Bibliotheek te lezen. Na veel mislukte pogingen gaf KOBO het advies de autorisatie te verwijderen en opnieuw Adobe te installeren. Dat heb ik gedaan, maar nu kan ik niet meer autoriseren: Adobe geeft aan:                    Ik heb echter maar één emailadres... Weet iemand hier raad??
