Bonjour, je viens d'acheter un ebook, mais il m'est impossible de l'ouvrir par ADE (qui est a ma connaissance la seule possibilité d'ouvrir un .acsm) Lorsque je tente d'annuler l'autorisation un message "Impossible d'annuler l'autorisation. Veuillez réessayez ultérieurement." apparait. Saul problème, le temps ne change rien à l'équation. J'ai essayé de le réinstaller; idem.Que dois-je faire pour que ce maudit logiciel qui a le monopole fonctionne ?

hi there, am hoping there is a fix for this. i purchased an ebook from Kobe - which is supposed to be able to go into digital editions (my prefered ebook reader). so I got it uploaded OK but I can only view half the page ie top half of the page but not the bottom half.  There is no scrolling capability for some reason. Is there a way this can work?Thank you

Kindly help. The Adobe Digital Editions on my PC is already authorized with a user ID that I can't recognize. I'm failing to erase the authorization because it's requiring me to enter the password; I don't know the password, even the owner of the user ID. Please help

All, I'm working nearly 30 at the IT. Mainframe, Linux.Aix, Windows etc . Middleware and Sap. During the last 20 Years for one of the biggest insurances at the world in Germany. Digital Editions is standard product which you have to use in my understanding, if you like to read newspapers from the public library organisation in Germany. I'm pretty disappointed about the features and support like zoom features regarding this product. If someone asking why ? Because Iur are not able to read the newspaper in the acsm format at the andriod mobile phone.Is it really an surprise in a mobile world that an usual end user have this wishes? How many people haven't not enough money to use  a PC or tablet instead of a mobile phone.l? It is your decision to think of a enlargement from necessary features. But for me it still not usable. I recently bougth a book from Google Play and wanted to read it in ADE. My ADE is authorized to my Adobe ID. I downloaded the epub-version of the book, and tried to open it in ADE, but it wouldn't open. It said that it is the wrong vendor ID.Then I tried to de-authorize my computer and open the book again. Now it worked, but I want to have this book on more devices, so I once again authorized my computer to my Adobe ID.When I try to open my book now it says: "Unable to download /.../ E_GOOGLE_DEVICE_LIMIT_REACHED" (see picture)Can anybody please help me in this matter?

I have loaded the ADE on to my computer and am attempting to get library books transferred to my KOBO --I have done this in the past and never had any issues  I can see the book on the shelve and the kobo devices come up when I plug it in and I drag the book to the kobo , and the book come up on my list and I can not open it  Frustrating !!!!! I have done everything that I can think of , including uninstalling and reinstalling ADE,  Also ADE asks to authorize computer and when I try to do that it come up that "this ID is authorized on another computer and unable to do it "   HELP[Moved from the non-technical Lounge to the specific Program forum... Hi,I've ebooks borrowed from the library on digital editions. But when I connect my Sony ereader to the computer, it is not showing in digital editions. I can drag the books in finders from the files to the ereader, but instead of them being in DCIM, they are in the media files and the ereader is not recognising the books as legitimate. The reader icon also didn't show when I use Reader for Mac apps recommended by Sony. I've done hard reset and reinstall the softwares but nothing works. Can someone help please?Rebecca

I have a macbook pro and am trying to authorize Digital Editions so that I can use it. I am able to log into Adobe on the internet so I know my id and password  but when I try to authorize Digital Editions I am getting the error:  Actvation server error - code  E_AUTH_NOT_READY. I have deleted and reinstalled Digital Editions but this has done nothing. What do I do?

Does Digital Editions work with ENCRYPTED ADOBE PDF? I am visually impaired and need products like this to be able to read. Hi,     I have a problem about the Adobe ID and authorization when using the ADE.         I reset my PC (win10 edu) weeks ago. And when I wanted to read the ebooks purchased from google books, the ADE asked me to log in with my Adobe ID again.  However,  I registered this ID years ago and had forgotten the password.      Then I sent the request to reset password but failed to receive any message from my e-mail box. All of a sudden I realized that when I registered this ID years ago, it seems that I didn't confirm the relation between the email address and the ID.     Then I deleted all the files and ADE. I want to download all these again and try a new Adobe ID. When I pulled the acsm files  into the ADE, a new error happened: E_GOOGLE_DEVICE_LIMIT.       SO what  should I do? Can I get my old account back?

Hi Experts,I am trying to open a .acsm book, this never opens, but will just show "Downloading Content".This happens in ADE 4.5.7 but when i try this in the ADE 3.0, the file opens without an issue. Kindly help.Thanks,HC.

My laptop has been rebuilt from scratch.  I have copied my original acsm files from by backup to the new install on my laptop.I downloaded and installed Digital Editions 4.0 (I don't know what version was on the computer before it was rebuilt)I registered the computer with my existing IDI try to open one of my books in Digital Editions and the Fulfilling ... Downloading Content ... window appears.  When the green bar almost reaches the end, it hangs.  I have let it run for over 30 minutes and it is still there.This happens for all of my purchased booksI am able to load a library epub book successfully.I tried rebooting my computer, but I still get the same results.I've searched the forums and can't find any answers.

Hello,I have been having issues with this ebook. I had the newest version of ADE installed and it kept crashing and shutting down when I tried to to install this ebook. I uninstalled the newer version of ADE and installed 3.0. The problematic ebook installed and opened great but when I went to use it the text is totally jumbled and unreadable as shown. I should also mention this book is 1 of a series of 6 books and all other ebooks worked perfectly. Downloaded and installed in seconds.Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated. Purchased ISACA CISM manual in epub format and need to have this shared with other team members however it gives other members an error saying that the item is registered to me and does not open for the others; how do i get around to having this file available for each team member?

i am trying to load an Ebok from the public library on a kobo glo that I haven’t used in 3 or 4 years.  I was able to download a book from my desktop computer running windows 10, but, because we are going away I wanted to try it from my laptop which runs on windows 7.  I could get it loaded to the computer and then to the kobo.  I can read the book on the kobo from the computer, but when I try to disconnect the kobo and read it from there it tells me that I am unauthorized.  I tried with my wife’s computer ,running windows 10 , with the same result.  I have tried erasing authorization and reauthorizing to no avail.  I have also tried an older version 3.0.  Any ideas?

HiI have problems with Adobe Digital Editions. Can't log in with Adobe ID for read ebooks. When I login directly on my Adobe ID account it works but not for ebooks?! I still tried all the solutions from the Forum and Adobe help online.Thanks for your help.RegardsRenato Breitenstein

Marked a book then down loading with my corporate adress connected to a team ID. If i understod it correct thats the reason for me to not be able to open the book even thugh I change the authorisation to that particular ID. Tried in both android and PC with same result. what to do?
