Digital Editions

Hi,I am trying to set a fillable form to have a set of radio buttons display only when the correct answer is selected in the previous question. It worked fine when I just had that function added to the file, but then I added a "Clear Form" button. When I press "Clear Form" (form reset button added), it will remove the answers, but doesn't hide the radio button selection again.

Hi there,I've been using ADE for a few years now, but just recently, when I open it, the program just presents a blank white screen. My books are still there, since when I click around the title bar changes to one of the titles of the books. Similarly, right-clicking, or clicking where the toolbar should be will work normally - I just can't see any of the actual content!I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling (numerous times), renaming folders, and shutting down/restarting numerous times, but nothing seems to work.Can anyone help?

I have lost all access to my books. It requires i authorise my computer, and yet despite 'de-authorising' and 're-authorising', I still can't access my books.

I try to download my library books to Adobe Digital Editions and I get anerror message that "ADOBE ACROBAT READER COULD NOT OPEN".i WAS NEVER TRYING TO USE ACROBAT---IT JUST KEEPS DEFAULTING THERE! This is a new issue. Thanks for your help! There is also another issue since the software update on Nook glowlightplus. When ADE was working, it and my pc were not recognizing the Nookglowlight plus. 2 issues!---This email has been checked for viruses by Avast antivirus software.https://www.avast.com/antivirus

I think I have over 6 devices on my account.  Most are old computers and ereaders I no longer use.  I want to clear all activated devices, and start over.  On the web site, it says I must contact customer support to do this.  When I contact support through the online chat, the rep told me to post my problem to the forums, and this would lead to opening a ticket.  Can someone from Adobe help?

hey does anyone use a page turning pedal with acrobat reader? i got the ik multimedia irig blue turn pedal and it does not work well with iBooks on mac...wondering if anyone has had luck with a pedal like this in reader before i buy it. thanks!

I reinstalled the Adobe Digital Edition app on my  iPhone X. I authorized the device with my Adobe ID but none of my books are showing. I de-authorized and re-authorize to see if it worked. But nothing Any idea why and what do I need to do?

I am trying to activate a new computer with Avid Media Composer E-Books but keep getting this error messageError getting License. License Server Communication Problem:E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USERI only have 1 Adobe ID and Avid say that the books are fine and available for another 5 downloads.Anyone have an idea how to get them to work?Cheers

I am adding multiple files to a portfolio and I get the warning message that states: that I need to go to Settings and choose the PDF Portfolio option.  Can someone please tell me where this Settings is please?Thank you

I have been using Digital editions 4.5 without a problem until now.When I open it all the Bookshelves have disappeared, along with the books that were on them.When I add a new bookshelf it knows that the previous bookshelves are there somewhere and adds a new one with ahigher bookshelf number.  But that disapears when I shut down and reopen it.  Any idea for a solution

Although it is more than that, this is my main problem. My first problem would be the pop up that says "Could not find Digital Editions folder.". So It takes about five minutes to use a roundabout way to get a book onto the platform. Then comes the main issue that even if my book shows up, my KOBO is not found by ADOBE. If you can help my problem, that would be great. Thank you!

Hi, can you help me with my adobe digital editions issue. When I try to authorise my device (MacBook) it comes up with a message which says there is an error on the authentication server.

I have a windows 7 laptop that was the first place we installed Adobe Digital Edition and we used one email address.  Now we do not have access to the email account any more and want to chagne the authorization account to our new email account.  We have created the new ID on the web and I am logged in using it to write this request for help.  I cannot find any way to change the authorization account on my laptop.  I have tried uninstalling, deleting the digital editions folder, rebooting, and re-installing but it stills shows the authorization account using the old email address.Ideas?

Hi,I was using a version of ADE without problem but the application does not seem to open now. I have tried to reinstall 4.5.6 but I have had no luck. I am running windows version 10 and believe the problem began with the most recent service update. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hello,Following an error in trying to copy a book I just had purchased on IBS.it from my Adobe Digital Edition on my PC to my KOBO, I was advised by IBS.it (that where really helpfull and caring) to reset my password/change my authorization. Now I notice that almost all of the books I purchased are gone from Adobe Digital Edition... And I never could download that bloody book I bought and for what I changed my authorization anyway (very frustrating...). I know I have 2 authorizations: one on Marie-Luce.Lovinfosse@Telenet.be (the one I wanted to keep) and one on Marie.Luce.Lovinfosse@gmail.com (the one the support of IBS.it advised me to create).In addition to that, I have 2 KOBO's : an old one (in my purse) and a new one (in my bed) : I would like to have everything synchronized : my Adobe Digital Edition on my PC and my 2 KOBO's.Could you help me ? Pay attention : I am really bad at IT matters 😄

Hello Adobe!Today I bougth ALL of my books for my education start the first of September.However, one of them was a E-Book. Since I ordered my books from the coach on my phone. It seemed reasonable to see what I had bought, so I opened it in the Digital Editions app for iPhone. Logged in and everything, got to see the whole thing. All 900 pages.Soo... Later today day I wished to show my parents the book, of which I had bought.But when I tried to open the book with the MacOs version of Digital Editions, it came with a pop-up windowsaying: " Error getting License. License Server Communications Problem: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER"...However, this "other user" is my phone.Soo.. I deleted the app for my phone. And tried downloading the book for my Mac again, but it did not work.Thinking that the book would be lost forever - I downloaded the app back on my iPhone, and without any issues got the book back on my phone..So my question is.. How do I get my E-Book to work on my MacBo

I have tried multiple attempts at reinstalling the program and this resolves nothing. The program refuses to open at all. There is no error message just the hourglass on the cursor that shortly goes away.

When trying to down load book it tells me its unlicensed,  so I have investigated and I am advised to unauthorize and then authorize again. The trouble is its a very old email account and I do not have password. There appears to be no way to update this. Have tried removing prog and installing new program but it keeps installing same email address.Any ideas please.

Hi!I been experiencing issues with my Adobe ID. I had an account that I don´t remember the password for (or which email address I used to sign up - in fact I can’t recall using one at all). I used this account to read eBooks bought online on my computer. I have now bought an eBook-reader and to sync the books I already own with the reader I must use my old Adobe ID account. I have been in contact with the company selling the books and the reader and they said that this is a problem that only you can solve. I am writing this from my new Adobe ID account.How do we go about solving this issue?Thanks in advance,Anna

I recently installed a new hard drive on my computer and now Adobe Digital Editions 4.5 does not work anymore.  I get the above error code when I try to open one of my e-books.

I'm running Windows 10 and the latest version of ADE.I borrowed a book through Overdrive and downloaded the .ascm file for it. When I try to open the file in ADE (either through double-clicking it or drag-dropping it into ADE), it begins to import with the 'Downloading Content...' dialog progress bar filling up. But when it seems like it should complete (progress bar full, 'Cancel' button deactivates), the dialog drops into the background but doesn't actually close. From this point ADE is locked up and I need to have Windows kill ADE.When I reopen ADE, the book I was trying to import is in ADE, but if I try to open it, ADE locks up again. If I try to copy it over to my Nook, it also locks up.The 'Welcome' ebook in ADE still opens as expected.I've tried uninstalling ADE, rebooting, and then re-installing ADE and I get the same behavior. I've also tried re-downloading the .ascm file from Overdrive.Any advice on how to get ADE to work properly?Thanks!
