Digital Editions

Buongiorno a tutti,Dopo un crash del mio computer, ho dovuto installare di nuovo Window 10 pro. Ora Adobe Digital edition non mi permette più di leggere i libri che scarico dalla mia libreria preferita (Bibliolucca). Sottolineo che avevo utilizzato Adobe Digital edition senza creare l'ID.Come posso fare?Roberta

I've recently installed Adobe Digital Editions.The website mentions a user guide with a link that leads...to an error page. How can I get it ?

J'ai un compte ADOBE et la version de ADE sur mon ordinateur de bureau est la 4.5.2.151207.Dans ADE, il est indiqué que mon ordinateur bénéficie d'une autorisation sans ID. Quand je veux continuer et que j'indique l'adresse courriel associé à ce compte, un message d'erreur s'affiche et me demande de réessayer, mais en vain. De plus, dans les paramètres de la liseuse Kobo, l'option "autoriser le périphérique" n'est pas accessible puisqu'il est grisé. Est-il possible de tout recommencer à zéro le processus d'ouverture de compte pour que je puisse enfin transférer des livres empruntés sur ma liseuse. J'ose dire que je suis à bout de patience après de multiples tentatives. Merci de me répondre.  Valère

All of a sudden Digital Editions stops working. I have uninstalled and re installed it 4 times and it still stops working. I have contacted support and waited for over an hour, talked with 2 different techs and they suggested that I look in the forums for an answer. HAVE NOT RESOLVED THIS ISSUE. I cannot use my e reader, which is my lifeline to the world. Any suggestions on how to resole this issue???

J'ai désinstallé Adobe digital, l'ai réinstallé, ai scanné mon laptop, ai éteint et rallumé, rien à faire, je n'ai toujours pas l'onglet des livres empruntés à la bibliothèque. Hello!A while ago I cloned my SSD  to a bigger one. Everything works fine. Except I cannot download any books with the acsm files. "Error! Check Activation."I would re-activate Digital Editions. But I cannot deactivate it in the first place. "Authorisierung kann nicht geloescht werden. Versuchen Sie es später erneut."Uninstall and reinstall did not help.Any ideas? I installed Digital Editions (DE) on my iPad but didn't activate it before I clicked on the ebook download link. I then activated DE and I can see the ebook there but it won't downloadd. I get the following error message."Digital editions could not connect to the fulfillment server. please make sure you are connected to the internet." My internet connection is fine.I have deleted DE from my iPad and re-installed it but I get the same error.Any suggestions?

Über die Bücherei hole ich mir den Lesestoff... Zählt der jedes Buch, daß ich lese als neue Lizenz?Und warum

Bonsoir à tous,Je n'arrive pas à changer l'adresse mail d'autorisation dans ADE, et a cause de ça je ne peux plus télécharger les livres que j'achète. A chaque fois que je saisi le mot de passe pour supprimer l'autorisation, le logiciel me dit que c’est impossible et revient a l'écran précédent.J'ai beau chercher je ne trouve pas d'aide sur le site ni sur le forum alors je pose la question au cas où.Merci beaucoup

I have Windows 10 & ADE 4.5.7.179634 (the newest addition as of November 2017).  I purchased an E-book which is over 8,321KB in size.  Whenever I try to open this book I always get ADE freezing or "Not Responding".  I have tried several different things that I've found on the forums but none of them work & I am told to contact Adobe but since this is a free app there is no help.  Anyone have this same problem?

Hallo, ich bin echt am Verzweifeln. Mein ADE ließ sich nicht mehr öffnen. Also deinstalliert und neu installiert.....lässt sich immer noch nicht öffnen...als Administrator probiert, Firewall alle ausgeknipst, auch mal ältere version probiert...NIX....öffnet sich einfach nicht.Hab Win 7 drauf und sonst nix Neues gemacht....was jetzt???

My Toshiba i5 computer hard drive crashed and as a result I can not get at the Adobe digital editions licence to de-activate it. I have purchased a new computer and have installed ADE on it. I need to transfer the licence from my old machine to my new one. I finally found the form, filled it out and scanned it. After running around in ciricles on Adobes website I have no idea what to do with it as the links on the form lead me around n the support pages in a circle. I need to get a case number and submit the form to the case number but can not figure out where to go to get a case number for the ADE product.

I have Adobe Digital Editions, and it's authorized for my computer with my account.  I am trying to get a library book from overdrive working on my Kobo H20.  I have overdrive and the library book working, I even managed to get the book onto my kobo.When I go to read my book my kobo says 'Your eReader is not authroized to open this bookThis book is protected by Adobe Digital Rights Management (DRM).  You need to re-authorize your eReader with your Adobe ID using ADE.'When I go into ADE to authorize my kobo, it looks like this:The authorize device option is grey and I can't select it.  I have no clue how to fix this problem.  Someone please help!

Depuis quelques temps il met impossible de transferer des livres sur ma kobo. La copie de 1 livre / xx livre tourne en boucle jusqu'à la fenêtre d'erreur qui met la liste des livre à copier en erreur.Sur ma KOBO 1 voir 2 livres sont effectivement copiés.Ce problème survient depuis quelque temps.Avez-vous une solution.Merci d'avance,

Hello I can't access my books on my reader, "this document is protected by copyright" message comes every time. I can read them on my computer however. I already watched with Sony (reader) and the problem is not coming from them. It's been already 7 months that I'm asking for help and I've been push from one service to another. Can somebody, please, answer me? Thank you.

Recently a book I have been using without problem has started blanking out part of the page.  As I scroll down some of it may appear but I miss several lines.  This is a text book I'm trying to teach from and I'm finding this more and more difficult to ignore.  Can anyone help?

I have downloaded the ADE 4.5 installer but everytime I open it says: This file is not associated with any program to perform the operation. Install an application or create an association in the Default Application control panel object if there is already an application installed. Not sure what to do?

Hey there! I'm looking at a fixed-layout EPUB, and it has a little navigation bar at the top with icons that are images linked to different chapters. This works fine in iBooks and sort of okay in ADE on a Mac (v4.098)—when you jump somewhere via a link, the scroll bar at the bottom of the screen never updates, so when you advance a page you're back to a page past where you clicked the link from. I know that's a tongue-twister, sorry.More importantly, in ADE on a PC, the link buttons just go to the entirely wrong chapters. They go somewhere, just not to the right places. But they do go to the right places in ADE on a Mac and in iBooks, so it's not just that the links are pointed to the wrong place.Is this normal glitchy behavior that's down to ADE's testy relationship with FXL, or does this sound like something that can be fixed, either in the book's code itself or somehow in my settings? Thank you for any info you can maybe provide!

Hey all,I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab A6 and I'm trying to transfer books from ADE on my MacBook Pro to the ADE app I downloaded on my Tab 6, but ADE on my computer does not recognize my Tab 6 as a device. I have my Tab 6 and computer connected via the USB charging cable, but my computer doesn't even recognize my Tab 6, or at least I don't think it does because the device does not show up in finder.I'm just trying to read ebooks I've borrowed from my local library! Looking for help remedying this issue.

I am trying to link my kobo to overdrive and have set up an adobe id with a different email address. How do I sign out of the current one and sign in with the correct email? I keep getting an error message when I try to download the ebook to ADE.
