Digital Editions

J'ai changé une première fois mon ID Adobe parce que j'avais eu un présumé vol d'identité. J'ai changé une deuxième fois parce que j'ai changé de fournisseur de services. Maintenant, je ne suis plus capable de télécharger les livres que j'ai achetés sur Archambault à Montréal au Québec. J'ai téléphoné à ce magasin, on m'a répondu que c'était Adobe qui n'avait pas fusionné mes ID. Je ne vois aucun chat ou numéro de téléphone où je pourrais m'adresser pour faire fusionner ces comptes. En attendant, j'ai payé des livres pour les lire sur une liseuse Kobo et une autre Reader de Sony et je ne peux le faire. Quelqu'un pourrait-il m'aider à ce sujet? 

i got a new hdd in my pc. it was mirrored from the old one.now i can't open my e-books. i get following error:"Dokument ist für ein anderes Benutzerkonto lizenziert" (document is licensed for an other user-account) but it's the right user account. i only have one!!! i also can't delete the authorisation in "adobe digital editions".how can i register the the new hdd in my pc???  https://www.dict.cc/englisch-deutsch/%5BBr.%5D.html

Trying to open a PURCHASED book in digital editions, and all I get is "this book is expired and cannot be opened" How do I retrieve MY book? Apparently the book in question is only saved in my DE library, as I can't find it elsewhere. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I am trying to download a library book to Adobe Digital Editions so that I can download to my Kobo.  I keep getting the following error message:E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12Never had this problem before - today's the first time.  Any ideas? Thanks!

I gave my son my old computer and he wants Digital Editions for his nook to download library books.  Unfortunately it opens to my activation and we want to set up an account for him.  How does he  deactivate on the computer so he can set it up for himself?

since last windows update digital editions i have a button in the tasklist, but it does not open. What can I do to can read my bought ebooks on my PC?Thanks Petra

I hope anyone can help me ! I just purchased an ebook . To put it on my ereader and computer I had to install adobe digital editions so I did. When I saw the adobe ID popup I dismissed it and clicked on anonimous autharisation. I did not know yet that I needed the ID autorization to be able to move the ebook to pc and ereader. Now I have the ebook in Adobe Digital Editions but can not move it to my computer nor to my ereader. How can I restore this ? I do have an Adobe ID ,but how can I connect that again or restore the autharization with my ID so that I will be able to move the ebook to my pc and ereader ?

An EPUB file was previously authorized using an Aldiko-Feedbooks DRM account. When I try to open it in ADE i get a message stating that it needs to be authorized using a Vendor ID. ADE then asks for the Vendor ID and password. When  I enter this info, as used on the Feedbooks.com website, I get this message:Can somebody help? Is this a login/password problem? Or is ADE using outdated links to the vendor?Thanks in advance./Ulf

I delete the book from Adobe, my Nook and my computer files; it reappears in multiples, in Adobe and my computer files.  I've tried everything, deleting and re-downloading from my local library; redownloading Adobe Editions; de-authorizing and reauthorizing.  It seemed to be a Nook problem to begin with:  error dialog about the book being returned.  Not.  Well, not at that time anyway.  I can read the book on my computer from my Nook, but not the Nook itself (yes, I've contacted B&N.  They seemed dumber than I!!!!!)My computer is a mess (old windows system)...on my shopping list.  Meanwhile...

I'm getting an "Error: Check Activation" when trying to open e-pub books downloaded from my local library.  ADE shows that my device (Windows 10) is activated to my adobe account.  Is there any way to delete the activation and reactivate?

Hello,I downloaded some important documents on my laptop through ADE with an anonymous ID. I would like to be able to read them on my new phone. So I downloaded ADE on my phone and created an ID linked to my email address and activated ADE with it on my phone. Then I tried to activate ADE on my laptop with the same ID but it would not let me. One Adobe page says"This issue occurs when you have previously activated with an anonymous ID. The deauthorization process deactivates the anonymous ID and allows you to sign in.If  you made any purchases with the anonymous ID, contact the eBook provider to reset the activation information. Then, redownload the purchase and it is tied to the currently activated ID." (Can't authorize with a previously used Adobe ID )I wonder if someone can assist me with this asap? I have a new computer.  i downloaded Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.  I can no longer copy the library books to my Nook device.  Error says CE_COPY_NOT_ALLOWED - No permission to copy the book.  Can you help?

Hi,I mistakenly opened an eBook with an anonymous authorized copy of Adobe Digital Editions.I have tried to open this eBook on another device without luck. I have also since tried to open the eBook on my original computer (after authorising/erasing authorisation etc.).I now get this error: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USERI can't open the book at all.Please help.Regards,Jamie

I have deleted and reinstalled Digital Editions as well as Adobe Reader, also confirmed I have an ADE ID....all this done today, them tried to download a free book to see if it would work, and received message : could not open URL Link (3) acsm because it is not a supported file type. What step am I missing here...I can receive books from Kobo, so not sure what is happening.....thanks Barb

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the digital editions.  I have had no luck.  I also cannot remove the authorization for the computer. Any suggestions would be helpful.

can anyone help with Adobe digital editions and downloading from our local library as I can not use my edition now. I am so frustrated I have spent all day long trying to get my ADOBE Digital Editions working.I had an ebook I have been waiting on for ages to come free for me to download to read from my local library, doing so I got error message in my ADE stating that there was an error, this happened once before on a book that didn't bother me if I read or not, it was only to read whilst waiting for today's book to come free.  Downloading I got the error message again, so I contacted my Library to be told that there have been problems before and that if I was using an older version of ADE to uninstall and reinstall with a newer version.Upon this advise I did as I was asked to do, and installed a newer version.  Went through all the installations, Authorized ADE on my DESK TOP PC and opened up the new version of ADE ready to receive the book from my library ... What happened

For some weird reason, my Digital Editions doesn't open anymore. Well it opens, shows up in Task Manager, then after a few seconds it closes. I'm doing book reviews and really need to get this working ASAP since there's no other way to open these.I have a Windows 10 laptop. I have uninstalled the program. Restarted the PC. Downloaded a new version and installed it. Still nothing. It's really frustrating.My phone version (Huawei P8lite) opens the app but the token.acsm doesn't extract the book it just opens the app but nothing happens afterwards.Please help!

I recently update my adobe digital editions to 4.50. Now it will not open in Windows 10. I have looked in all the forums. Had my computer geek looked at it thinking I did something wrong. He could not fix it. I am very frustrated because I can not get the program to open. It freezes and does not moved. I left it open all day - more than 10 hours and it still did not open. Help. Thank you. 

I want to authorize my pc.  I get this error.  Please help.
