Digital Editions

The library eBook that I've borrowed from OverDrive is currently in the PDF view on ADE. It is under the Reading tab in the eBook. Can it be changed to EPUB view? How?

I'll download the ACSM, fulfill it, transfer the epub to my nook, and enjoy reading it for a few weeks.I don't finish before the loan is up. I renew it in the libby app ~3 days before the loan's end date. I download the new ACSM, fulfill that, delete the old epub from my book and upload the new renewed copy. However, on the date that the original loan would have expired, my nook and ADE will no longer open the file. They say the loan has expired, even though I've clearly renewed the loan and replaced the file. Has anyone experienced this?? Do you know how I can access renewed materials on my devices??

Hi. I am receiving error code E_ADEPT_SIGNIN_CONNECTION_EXCEPTION when trying to authorize my ecampus account to Adobe Digital Editions. I bought a book and need to download it for class but I can't authorize my account to my ecampus account. That error message pops up while singing in. What do I do? 

Alguien sabrá cómo se puede hacer para autorizar más de un proveedor en ADE, tuve que borrar la autorización al ID de Adobe para autorizar a BajaLibros, lo cual no fue fácil, pero querría poder autorizar otros ID porque tengo libros adquiridos en distintas tiendas, sin embargo una vez autorizado uno la pestaña de autorización queda gris sin tener acceso para la autorización de otro ID. Es frustrante.

Please help me, I need to clean/erase my Adobe ID from all devices using Adobe Digital Editions since I have reached the limit of devices that can be authorized with the same ID. I cannot perform it by myself because I used to reset devices instead of erasing the authorization.

Please help me! I have exceeded the limit of computers and devices that I can activate using the ADE App, without the option to erase my old authorizations (I just reset devices without erase the authorizations), reason why, I am asking for help to reset all the activations in your information bases about my Adobe ID.

I am trying to download an eBook included on an Overdrive audiobook I borrowed from my county library via the Windows version of the Libby app. Overdrive Support suggests I download Adobe Digital Editions (ADE) to my laptop, upon which Acrobat X Standard already is installed. Per Overdrive's suggestion, I have verified here [https://www.adobe.com/solutions/ebook/digital-editions/tech-specs.html] that my laptop conforms with ADE's system requirements. Will chaos ensue if I install Adobe Digital Editions on a laptop upon which Acrobat X Standard already is installed?

Quería abrir un libro pero me salía: "error, check activation"No recordaba la contraseña de mi ID, por lo que la cambié pero aún así no podía desautorizar mi ID de mi PC. Ya re - instalé varias veces ADE pero aún así no puedo desautorizarlo.

Hi Team,  User is having .acsm files but when trying to open that with Adobe digital edition the user can't see the option to open with Adobe Digital Edition. We have tried to set the default via properties, but there too we couldn't find the digital edition application. The application is installed in the PC and we have tried re-installing as well. But no use. Kindly setup a call if possible to resolve the issue soon.  Regards, Balavruthish S

So I decided to download an "eBook" for college for the first time, since it's cheaper than a physical book.It's on Adobe Digital Editions (1.7.2.1131)What I normally do in text books, is I highlight key texts from a chapter.I figured you'd have the ability to highlight on each page, and then come back and view the highlighted material later. Talk about frustrating.Is it possible and I'm just not seeing it?I guess the second best thing for now is to re-write the text in the bookmarks.

Why does ICC use Adobe digital editions it is not supported on modern Android devices and will.not install so you pay lots of money for content you cannot read and adobe are their partners. Why don't you support newer samsung devices so the service I paid for works?  

I'm receiving a Digital Editions authorisation error, E_ADEPT_VENDORID_HTTPERR.... Can anyone tell me what this means?

I have downloaded books from CloudLibrary and can view them on my computer through ADE. When I transfer them to my Kobo Clara I can open them, but  can only scroll through the first 4 pages before it freezes. I tried multiple downloaded ebooks and it happens specifically on the "content" page. Kobo tried to trouble shoot but since I can open kobo purchased books, it seems to be a transfer issue between ADE and Kobo. Any suggestions?

I bought an eBook in 2015.I cannot open it now, getting the message: "The vendor account you entered is not associated with the item you are trying to open." This is simply untrue. I've never changed by Adobe password. I moved from one Mac to another, but that shouldn't matter given the file is linked to the account rather than the device. DRM problems again. Please if there's anything you can do; Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Buenas tardes, he cambido el equipo y descargado ADE en el nuevo, lo he autorizado en adobe y abierto sesión pero no puedo ver los libros que tengo en el ordenador viejo. Pueden ayudarme?. Muchas gracias.

I'm editing a Calibre-generated EPUB 3 file. The cover page is perfectly ordinary:<body> <svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" version="1.1" viewBox="0 0 573 862" preserveAspectRatio="xMidYMid meet" width="100%" height="100%"> <image width="573" height="862" xlink:href="cover.png"/> </svg> </body>ADE shows it as a tiny thumbnail, the same kind as displayed in the library. Other random ebooks work fine with the same code and image. I converted with Calibre one such book from EPUB 2 to 3 and reproduced the problem. Any idea what's going on? The code seems the same.

Buenos días! Tengo un problema con Kobo Ereader a la hora de abrir un libro, me sale un mensaje de que no está autorizado cuando si lo está. Me lo descargo de la Ebiblio, pasa por Ade, se descarga en el ebook y sorpresa...no se puede leer porque no está autorizado. Sincronizo, actualizo, autorizo, desautorizo y vuelvo a autorizar y así en bucle. ( autorizo en Ade, autorizo el ebook, descargo libros nuevos cuando hago todo ésto) Sólo me queda hacer un reset de fábrica. Alguien tiene alguna solución??? Cómo se pueden permitir éste tipo de problemas???

Hola, me esta pasando algo muy raro en mi Adobe Digital Editions. He autorizado el equipo con mi ID de Adobe, hasta ahí todo bien. Pero al querer devolver un libro me lanza el siguiente mensaje de error:"Error al devolver el libro. En primer lugar autorize el equipo". Tambien al querer copiar un libro a mi dispositivo eReader me aparece el siguient error: "CECOPY_NOT_ALLOWED - No tiene permiso para copiar el libro" Me he asegurado de que tengo bien autroziado el equipo y mi dispositivo eReader, los he desautorizado e autorizado de nuevo varias veces y me siguen apareciendo los mismos errores. Tambien he desinstalado el Adobe Digital Editions e isntalado de nuevo y me sigue ocurriendo lo mismo. Gracias.

I cannot download a library book from ADE to my Kobo device

Ciao a tutti. Non riesco a capire perché l'applicazione dopo aver accettato l'autorizzazione non fa comparire il libro da leggere. Qualcuno può aiutarmi?
