I just borrowed books and tried to sideload them onto my nook. I followed all of the instructions, only to get the error message "Loan token update failed. Please turn on Wi-Fi and connect to a network to continue." I am connected to Wi-Fi. Reached out to Adobe, got punted over to B&N. Reached out to B&N, got punted back to Adobe, only to be told that there is no customer support because it's an end of life product. Would've been nice if someone had mentioned that when I first reached out. Has anyone had any success at all in resolving this issue?

Meine erste DRM für meine eBooks richtete ich mit meiner alten eMail Adresse ein, aber seit ich meine Domaine verkaufte, besitze ich diese eMail Adresse nicht mehr. Ich benutze jetzt einen Tolino eBook Reader und eine DRM mit einer neuen eMail Adresse. Alle Bücher funktinieren auf dem neuesten Tolino, nur meine ersten 2 Bücher kann ich mit meiner derzeitigen DRM nicht mehr lesen und da ich meine alte eMail Adresse nicht mehr besitze und mein erstes Passwort nicht mehr kenne, kann ich die DRM für diese 2 Bücher nicht einrichten. Was kann ich tun?

Hola,Estoy intentando descargarme un libro electrónico y me está siendo imposible. Cada vez que abro con ADE el archivo acsm me sale el error E_ADEPT_REQUEST.  He desautorizado y autorizado de nuevo, he visto el tema del horario y todo el rato sale el mismo error.Al abrir el archivo con Reader for PC, me pide el Adobe ID y contraseña, la pongo y me dice que está bien autorizado. I think I need to open a Web Case but can't find the link to do it. I had Adobe Digital Editions installed as I use it to borrow library ebooks but last week my computer crashed and I had to reinstall Windows. There was a book downloaded into bookshelf on ADE at the time of the crash.I reinstalled ADE and set up to Authorize using my google account,but when I try to return that book I get an error "document is licensed for a different user account". The book cover has a red exclamation mark on it. It doesn't tell me the user account that it is tied to. So I think I must have used a different email address (not the google one) when I originally set up ADE. I tried going to the adobe website and locating accounts for another 2 email addresses that I might have used, in order to try and recover the password but it can't find an account associated with either.I've also tried erasing authorisation and returning the book - same error.So I am stuck, unable to return the book. Hi I just purchased a publication, downloaded ADE, and the message I get is E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED when I try to open the file. Can you help please?   

I'm about 500 or so pages into a book and I've been doing a lot of highlighting each time that I read. Until today everything has been fine. After several hours of reading today, Adobe Digital Editions just shut down. When I reopened Digital Editons all of my highlighting from today was lost. I did a search on the internet and was told that all of this highlighting should be automatically saved. I could find no way to retrieve my lost work so I went back through the text re-highlighting and reading even more text. You guessed it - DE crapped out again and I lost everything from today. So for the second time today I'm back to where I was yesterday. Most importantly, is there any way for me to retrieve all of this work without going back through all of this text again? Secondly what is causing this unexpected termination? Is my DE now corrupt? BTW, I am using version 4.5.11. Thirdly, if not corrupt, should I be closing and reopening DE every 20 mintues so I don't lose so m

I have changed laptops. I de-authorised the old lapto and then uninstalled Adobe Digital Editions. I have installed it on th enew laptop and tried to authorise. Error message received "You can only authorise this computer with an Adobe ID that hasn't been previously used to authorise any other computer or mobile devices. Please try again".Do I need a new email ID? How do I authorise this new computer?Thanks

J'ai autorisé la liseuse.J'ai installé  Adobe Digital Editions (ADE) et autorisé l'ordinateur, et dans la colonne de gauche ma liseuse n'apparaît jamais.J'ai fais des essais avec Windows 8.1 et Windows 10. J'ai essayé 6 câbles USB différents et chaque fois tous les ports USB.J'ai testé Adobe Digital Editions 2.0, 3.0 et 4.5 (en désinstallant proprement à chaque fois et nettoyant bien le registre).En aucun cas la liseuse n'est détectée par ADE. J'ai juste le Bibliorom qui s'affiche, mais aucun périphérique. Par contre la liseuse est bien reconnue par Windows, en tant que lecteur de disque USB.Au niveau du gestionnaire de périphériques, tout semble bien fonctionner pour "Appareil mobile : TL TEA".Certes je pourrai faire de simples transferts de fichiers (pour des livre achetés) via l'Eplorateur Windows, mais ce n'est pas suffisant car j'emprunte aussi des livres numériques en médiathèque et pour cela il faut obligatoirement pa

I used my academic account (with the email from which I'm writing) to download an .acsm file. I processed it through Adobe Digital Editions 4.5, and after some logging in and out I figured my problem is probably not the E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12 error I sometimes got, but I got an E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER message when uploading the file into ADE, and when opening what is in ADE I got a "The vendor account you entered is not associated with the item you are trying to open".After making sure my ADE credentials are valid, I think I know what happened. I downloaded the .acsm file from the academic account. The academic account has a special login method which directs me to the academic page from the Adobe login page, then back with credentials completed. I therefore cannot change password for my Adobe account connected to my academic email. Nor do I have the option to tinker with the password in my Adobe account settings. Hello. I would like to delete my files from the cloud in my abdobe digital editions library. On my iphone they keep reappearing right after I delete them. I have tried deleting them from the folder "my digital editions" in my documents on PC but it doesn't do anything. I have also tried installing older versions of abdobe digital editions but that did not work either. Can someone from staff delete the files from the cloud for me?

The speech has been working for the past hour and no longer allows it. I am not able to copy the text as well. How do I rectify this?

Ho installato Adobe digital su un altro computer ed ho copiato da quello vecchio tutta la cartella  con sottocartelle di OneDrive\Documents\My Digital Editions\.vedo tutte le icone dei miei libri, ma quando clicco sopra mi questo messaggio di errore;'non è stato trovato nessun record per questo prestito'.Come posso risolvere questo blocco? Grazie

Or mon ancien ordinateur ne fonctionne plus et la licence est sur celui là que je ne peux plus du tout allumer. Hola. Tengo instalado en mi ordenador Adobe Digital Edition (versión 4.5.10) y no me permite borrar la autorización. Mi ordenador es un Mac con sistema operativo Monterey y no soy capaz de localizar el archivo activation.dat para poder borrarlo. ¿qué puedo hacer? Gracias

I have contacted Your support chat, and we have reset my password, I have cleared cookies and cache from my computer, and tried to open my ebook file. It does not let me authorize anything. Hi everyone! Would like to ask for help if anybody got a solution already on the ADE regardless of versions in Windows 10 in terms of navigating pages of the book in ADE.Having a problem on this ever since I installed it today. I imported an authorized book and it just doesn't go to the page quickly. Have to click on any function in ADE (i.e. Fit to Page, full screen button) just so it goes to display the page number i scrolled into (e.g. I scrolled from page 1 to 2, it displays page 2 but the content is stuck at page 1).

Bear with me here, because this will be a little detailed and not the nicest post. I am a student, who once in a while, has to use ADE in order to open certain schoolwork and files. ADE is not too common in my school, and is reserved for bigger files, therefore I do not get much use out of it, only once or twice in an entire year. For the past few days, I have been working on this book, annotating and highlighting as I need the information for an assignment due tonight. At one point, the app became unresponsive randomly, (I should note, I have a MacBook Pro with the Monterey update). I had to force quit the app, and upon restarting it, I removed my expired files, just to clean the app up a little. When I opened the book I was working on, every single note and highlight disappeared. I restarted the app twice, and nothing.  I read the forums, but nothing was helpful. Then, I contacted live chat, where I was told unless I had a subscription, I could not be assisted any furt
