can someone tell me which pack i should take? i need illustrator , indesign and photoshop , i'm still a student so do i have discounts ? thx !!

I have the Creative Cloud Student and Teacher edition and in my account I can use also the mobile apps. But when I will use them, I can only have a try version or have to buy it. How can I use the apps, how do I become the license for them?

I want to switch over my 10 dollar a month photoshop plan, to a 20 dollar a month (15 right now for black friday) all-program plan. If I didn't already have a adobe plan i could get the 20 dollar plan. However when i go to switch my plan over in settings it only gives me a 30 dollar all-app option (I am an art student who is paying to use these programs for school on my Mac laptop.) Is there any way i can switch over my plan to the 20 dollar plan without cancelling and paying a fee?

I bought the Adobe student package on October 22, 2015. Since then Adobe has made multiple withdrawals from my account. The first time they said they would send some of the money back. They took some more today causing my rent check to bounce. now I have to pay all of these costs due to adobe's mistake. When I asked Adobe management about how to get the money to pay for the penalties and fine that their mistake caused, I was offered a month free. Is this how Adobe treats customers. I'm new to Adobe but if this is how they do business I'm going to have find me another software provider. They have to have better customer service than what I've seen so far. #badbusiness‌

I can create deployment packages for all apps on Win and OSX.. Only Windows Acrobat DC Pro does not install.  redownloaded and created package on two different machines (both 32/64 bit)Tried install on Win 8.1 win 7no error messages...just progress bar during install then exitsother packages created install fine

I have purchased a licence for a month to Illustrator and photoshop. the creative cloud of Photoshop says I need to purchase the program to use it, and my purchase history can not find any purchase, even though Illustrator does work. What to do?

I have been using Adobe CC (Lr and PS) for 3 months now in my iMac on a yearly subscription basis, however I want to be able to edit my photos when I'm away from home so I installed the Lr and PS in my macbook.  But all I see is that I'm running it on a trial version.  I already tried activating it but it's asking me of a license number or serial number.  I went to my account but there are also no programs under my account.  I went to the licensing website but my Adobe ID was deemed as not authorized user.  How do I solve this issue?

I have checked and I'm logged into the right account. My company (Pearson) put me on a trial for a while like a year or something, so I'm suspecting that it has run out.I wanted to check my history to see when I started this long-term enterprise trail but nothing shows up in my purchase history / licence history... nothing!

creative cloud device licenses not showing in admin console

My team has both a named-used license as well as two device licenses. If I want to specifically use a device license on this computer, how do I do so if I have to sign in (which is using the the named-user license)? When I sign in after opening Photoshop, the named user license status is becomes active, and there are no devices listed under the device license section.

I can add a Complete license, but then I´m paying for the single licenses I already have since I can´t get rid of them.There is no "change plan" button.I would also, if possible, change from Team to Individual plan.

The address assigned to our CS6 Master site license is also assigned with a small CC team license and when we login to the CS6 during install it takes the address but soon after the install it tells us that there are already 2 computers using that license. This is a CS6 Master Site License so we should not get this message.

HI, I'm new with the cloud system. Does anybody can tell me if with a single version subscription, we can still use photoshop on two computers at the same time ?  Before with CD version, it was authorized to install the program on one desktop + one laptop computer.  Does it work as well whith these online subscriptions / cloud system ?  Thank you

Ich würde gerne die Zahlungsart von Kreditkarte auf Paypal ändern, nur leider gibt es keinen Hinweis wie das funktionieren soll! Es gibt auch keinen deutschen Support, man wird immer nur auf eine andere Seite weitergeleitet, das was mich sauer macht! Hat jemand eine Idee wie man das ändern kann?Bin verzweifelt auf der Suche nach Kontaktmöglichkeiten, nur diese sind bei Adobe anscheinend mangelware!

We switched to CC ETLA and now we are starting to create installation packages. I am not able to find our CC ETLA serial numbers from the licensing site. Only older CLP and TLP ones.Regards,Matti Mäkijärvi
