What I'm suggesting: A "Technical Illustration" or "Schematic" content type, to expand Firefly's capabilities for design and product visualizationWhy it matters:Fills the gap between Photo and Art modesPerfect for product designers, engineers, architectsFaster ideation without jumping straight to CADThe problem it solves: Right now we go from rough sketches → straight to expensive CAD time. This would give us that middle ground for quick, dimensionally-aware concepts. Currently, the "Photo" and "Art" content type settings are excellent for their respective purposes. A third option focused on generating images with greater dimensional and structural integrity would be a valuable addition. This would allow users to create more precise drafts and conceptual illustrations, which would be highly beneficial for product designers, engineers, and architects in the early stages of a project. Even if it doesn't offer the precision of dedicated CAD software, this feature would significa
Would be great to have an option for AAF/OMF-export of audio created with firefly. Example: I just finished creating about 20 sound effects for a short video clip. Some of them are stacked. Now I want to continue with the sound in my local DAW. To do this it seems like I need to download each sound and import them one by one manually in my DAW. It would be great if you enabled AAF/OMF-export so that I could get all audio files placed correctly with only one import.
It would be great to have a feature in the Adobe Firefly boards that lets us hyperlink and preview Adobe Stock videos directly. That would streamline our workflow significantly.
I have an idea for an AI-powered tool that automatically generates lighting and shadow effects on objects. The concept is simple yet powerful:There will be a movable sun icon that acts as a dynamic light source. Users can freely drag and position this icon anywhere on the canvas or workspace. Based on the position of the sun icon, the AI will automatically calculate and apply realistic light and shadow effects to the objects in the scene. This tool would simulate natural lighting behavior—adjusting the direction, intensity, and length of shadows depending on the sun's location. For example:Moving the sun icon to the top-right corner would cast shadows to the bottom-left.Placing it lower on the canvas would create longer, softer shadows as if it were sunset.Brightness and highlights on the objects would also adapt dynamically. This tool could greatly benefit for anyone who needs quick and realistic lighting in their design process. Instead of manually painting shadows or adjusting layers,
Hello, Have two things to mentions here. First is an idea, second is more of error prevention.1. When generating a video, in composition reference, it only gives option to add a video. Even though we usually have a setting image, or have created a composition from where we want to start the video. In any case, most of the times, we don't have video reference while generating a video, and looking for one wastes a lot of time. Then there's the case where even the prompt is not picking the nearest thing. 2. Having the ability to add the exact text in the video saves many hours of editing, and reduced file size. The prompts are not picking the exact text.Thank you [personal information removed by moderator]
I want to suggest the following feature for Adobe Firefly. As we know, every JPEG file can contain a vector path inside it. This path can be loaded as a selection in Fairlight. This will help people make precise selections.
Please add tamil language in all segments, Hindi is not a national language of India.
add the ability to sort images to different job/client folders
I need to have image as example for my project and Adobe AI can't handle it as well as e.g. FLUX. I would appreciate adding this feature.
Dear Sir, Many people around the world including Bangladeshis from Bangladesh and the Bengalis from Kolkata in India speak the Bengali, ranking the Bengali language is the 9th highest speaking language in the world. We would like to request you to add Bengali language as a choice for translation and other services with firefly. Thanks a lot in advance,
Bonjour, pour la génération de vidéo avec un script et un avatar, je trouve qu'en français le débit de parole ne fait pas assez naturel. Ce point est à améliorer si possible. Merci pour votre travail. Pierre,
ik like to create stuff for skate board decks.but the dimensions for those are 80cmX20cm.So everytime i made something nice i loose the sides of the art to make it fit in scale with the deck. My suggestion would be a custom image size option to tackle this issue so people can make dimensions according to their needs. thank you for reading this i hope it was helpfull and understandable.
Hey! I have started exloring Firefly and I need to say it is more amazing than I was expectting. 🙂 For sure I will be from now on a day-to-day user of those features. When checking the Fonts styliation I got this idea - Fireflay can create concept of material/style of a font, so ideally the next step could be to create layered effect in PSD based on the concept. User could donwload the PSD version of the font and when editing the PSD file he could add any shape/vector within a smart object and apply the effect to anything that he wants without any additional effort. This would be really cool and useful!
It would be super helpful if we could add a crop feature to the moodboard. Sometimes, I have to take a screenshot from the moodboard, crop it, and then paste it back, which can be a bit time-consuming.
Hey Adobe, As AI continues to transform creative workflows, does Adobe plan to integrate prompt-based editing into Firefly and creative cloud apps?Imagine an AI assistant inside photoshop app that takes text prompts, translate them to photoshop tool actions (eg, update brightness to 80, change background to color white), gives user full control over these actions (eg, change brightness to 85) and applied them to get edited output. This would drastically enhances the productivity & make editing much simpler than ever. Users control the editing process through simple prompts, enabling them to make precise edits with minimal tool/app knowledge, yet without loosing the control over the App and it's functionalities, manual editing control. This way of editing also gives clear view of what actions were applied to the image to achieve the final result, something that other AI models in market can't tell.Exciting to see how Adobe transforms editing with AI.
Hi,I'm Tuğçe Kakirman, a Design Strategist at Foster + Partners, with over two years of hands-on experimentation using AI tools like MidJourney, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Runway. I recently explored Firefly’s new Boards feature and found it to be one of the most intuitive and promising interfaces I’ve seen for visual ideation. It aligns closely with my workflow — where I layer prompts, style references, and contextual research to build AI-generated narratives. As I’ve begun sharing personal work and developing a structured prompt library, I’m also looking for opportunities to collaborate externally. I noticed you're working with creators across industries and wondered if you'd be open to exploring a collaboration. For Firefly Boards, I’d love to contribute a concept focused on future journeys — blending strategic foresight, design and speculative storytelling, ideally video so I can story board different scenes. Let me know if you’d be open to a conversation.T
Would be amazing to be able to create folders / projects in the "Files" section to sort generations. With a high volume of generations, going back to something that was generated 1-2 weeks ago becomes tedious. I have to scroll through a lot of recent gens to get there.
Gostaria que tivessemos mais recurso de avartares, tenho um avatar que faz chamadas para mim e gostria que a plaforma de avatares tivesse mais recursos , como movimentos e expressoes facias.
To the Adobe Firefly Team, thank you as always for your hard work. I'm writing to provide some feedback regarding the Board feature. While the Board feature is very convenient, I have a few suggestions for improvement:Batch Download for Generated Images: It would be great to have the ability to download multiple generated images from a Board at once.iPhone Compatibility: I'd love to see support for iPhone (though I understand this might be difficult to implement, so I'm not expecting it right away).Lock Function for Artboards and Objects: A lock function for artboards and objects on the Board would be incredibly helpful. It's frustrating when I want to drag and drop or move only an image, but the entire artboard moves instead.Thank you for your consideration.
It seems natural to extend Firefly to "text to UI" or "text to UX", to leverage Adobe's impressive graphics capabilities. Something like the Adobe Express experience which would allow all levels of user find an on-ramp and then allow marketing and engineering to use the appropriate tool sets to keep UI/UX design on brand and up-to-date. On a related note, the creation of in-app training videos/animations would be another natural extension.
I was surprised after spending a couple hours making an artboard in firefly that I couldnt download or open an editable version of the artboard in any other Adobe product (InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator). Seems like an obvious ask.
Dear Adobe Team,First of all, I would like to thank you for your continued commitment to innovation and for the recent advancements in integrating artificial intelligence into your tools, especially with the introduction of Adobe Firefly. The generative fill feature in Photoshop is a groundbreaking addition that makes the creative workflow faster, smoother, and more efficient. However, I would like to express my disagreement with the introduction of the credit-based system for using generative AI. I understand the need to manage computational resources, but I believe such a central feature in the creative process should remain more openly accessible, especially for those who use Photoshop daily in professional contexts. In this regard, I would like to propose the implementation of a dual-model system within Photoshop:a “light” model, either locally integrated or cloud-based, with faster and lighter performance, ideal for quick or less complex edits, and a “pro” model, powered by Firefly,
