    Hi @Anthony56972,

Can you please explain your idea in a little more detail? Are you talking about enterprise, teams, or individual plans?

    Thanks,

        droopy

    Hey @Anthony56972

With a quick search: enterprise adobe accounts on firefly shared credits?

Shared Credits for Adobe Enterprise allow organizations with an Enterprise Term License Agreement (ETLA) to provide fallback access to Firefly-powered features. They prevent user disruption, give admins access control, and balance usage. [1, 2]

    How Shared Credits Work

    • Fallback Access Only: They do not pool or replace individual monthly generative credits; they kick in only after a user exhausts their personal allotment. [1]
    • Organization Pool: They draw from a single organization-level operations pool tied to Firefly Services or Firefly Creative Production SKUs. [1, 2]
    • Consumption Order: Individual monthly credits reset every month and are always spent before any Shared Credits are accessed. [1]

Enabling Shared Credits in Admin Console

    • Navigate to the Products section in the Adobe Admin Console.
    • Choose Firefly Services or Firefly Creative Production.
    • Open an existing product profile or create a new one.
    • Under Enable services, turn on the Convert to Generative Credits toggle to activate Shared Credits, then click Save.
    • Assign the relevant users or user groups to that profile.

    Cheers

    Nate
