OCIO 2.5+ Support in After Effects

Most DLCs and other compositing software support OCIO 2.5+ configs now and it would be nice for After Effects to support them as well in the Custom OCIO Configuration. A popular example: Using Blender 5+ OCIO configs in After Effects.

      The Beta of AE (build 22) seems to support v2.5 as it's supporting ACES 2.0 and provides the built-in version 4.0.0 Studio and CG configs for it. No idea when it will release though.

      +1 After Effects is the only program left in our pipeline that doesn’t have native support for ACES 2.0 yet.
