Insert / Remove Frames

The ability to insert or delete frames in the timeline would be hugely beneficial. Currently, the attempt to insert additional dialogue or action in the middle of a scene is rather difficult. It requires all layers beyond the  insertion point to be moved manually to make room for the new addition. And, the opposite is true if a portion is not required in the end and, subsequently, deleted.

I believe the vast majority of Character Animator users would benefit from such a feature.
