I sell a lot of puppets, but I, and many other designers, could sell ALOT more if the customer didnt have to sign up for CH to operate the puppet. Bare with me, I have a solution. Its not only the cost, but some people find using the software difficult if they are not use to PC.MAC based programs, many today are use to using simple to load and play apps. What I propose is you build an app player that could operate .puppet files. I am not saying do it for free. Sell it for $50, I can get a customer to buy the app, and you will get many more non-adobe users potentially using a new product of yours

Hi Ekaterina we posted this request before the puppet player was available. We run Digital puppets / Avatar store 🙂 We mainly sell custom puppets for people and have been trying to update the store with more characters but just don't get enough time. We find the magic mirror design we have sells well and so does the pumpkin at Halloween.

You said that you sell a lot of puppets. What types of puppets do you sell? We created 2 puppets till now and continue working on new puppets. We created Nelson puppet for free download:

this would be amazing! really push what we can do professionally for REAL clients and make this software usable and not just fun to create in. after all, i think that most of us are professionals making a living from this, so this definitely should be a priority.

this is really needed! it's like a customer would have to purchase and install illustrator in order to see something I've designed for him. He need an "acrobat reader" for puppets, so he could stream/showcase easily.
i software's potential is really how professionals can use it for their business and clients can order work from them and make this process easy on both sides.

@ Less: He means it like Acrobat Reader. A designer creates a puppet with Character Animator and with the reader, a customer can stream it then, for example on You Tube live. Thus, the user does not have to laboriously create a puppet and get familiar with Character Animator and can immediately start streaming. That would make the App very popular.
