As many of the iPads and Android devices are now very powerful it makes sense to add the ai denoise to the iPad & android platforms. most of my workflow i find much easier via ipad.
I’d like Lightroom CC to display the Exposure Value (EV) that was used when the photo was taken. Currently, Lightroom CC shows basic EXIF data such as shutter speed, aperture, and ISO, but not the EV value recorded by the camera (when available in metadata). Many cameras embed the ExposureBiasValue or ExposureProgram/ExposureValue in EXIF, but Lightroom does not surface it. Requested feature: Add EV as a field in the Info panel (both desktop and mobile). If the camera recorded EV in EXIF, Lightroom should display that exact value. Optionally, If the EV is not directly available, Lightroom could optionally compute EV100 from aperture, shutter speed, and ISO. Benefits: Lets photographers see the actual EV at capture, which helps when comparing shots across lighting conditions. Useful for learning exposure relationships, and for those who rely on EV scales when analyzing or teaching photography. Brings Lightroom CC closer in metadata parity to Classic and other profess
I’m fighting to get the “add photos from or use camera” overlay to not be in the way of the bottom right hand photo when I want to select it. There seems to be some sort of logic to make the overlay disappear but it’s not consistent.I think this logic could be better. Or maybe the overlay could be flickable to the left side like the front face camera preview in FaceTime.
The People often marks non-people as faces. The most notable one is anytime there is a Starbucks cup, it always marks the Starbucks Woman logo as a person. Though of course course countless other misidentifications but that is the most common one I've noticed in the years in LR Classic and now in LR Cloud. While hopefully the algoritm improves, in the meantime is there a way to mark a face as not a face to help teach the system? The only option is "Hide Face" that I see. But that won't signal to LR that it's not a face thus it won't improve and also not sure if Hide Face may mean it will still try to find that non face in other photos?

Feather and Edge on LR Mobile for Sky mask. Some of these features can be exclusively added for us that have the subscription. I'd like to see anything you are adding in Camera Raw/LR for desktop on mobile as well. I edit more with mobile that desktop and these features would help a lot of us.
It would immensely simplify workflow to add color grading inside masks for LR Mobile.
Fundamental to gaining an understanding of what 'works' is knowing not just the exposure of an image, but its Exposure Value (EV). Showing +/–EV would also help with HDR images. We can see the + and – images, but were they +/– EV 2, 3 or 5? This would be helpful in both Desktop and Mobile (iPadOS) versions. Besides--DxO PhotoLab shows EV. It's about time Lr caught up!
I’m trying out Stacks to help with culling sports photoshoots, motivated by the automatic stacking feature added a little while ago. It looks like the only way to “enter” a stack is to click the small number in the top-right corner of the photo? It’d be nice to be able to do this from the keyboard.
Hi all! Is there any way to save png file in lightroom on ipad pro with m1 chip? Cheers!
Are they ever going to make it possible to tether to an iPad? I connected my z6ii to my iPad Pro last night the images come up really fast on the import screen you need to zoom to full size individually. This seems like the ability to tether to an iPad in Lightroom mobile would be a pretty simple software update fir Adobe. And a really awesome feature for us
Your latest update which I wish I hadn't updated to has removed the choose your best photo feature on mobile Android devices. It wasn't perfect, but it was a good place to start my editing process.
-love the app...can you consider giving us the golden spiral overlay for cropping? thanks keep up the fabulous work!
Please add Turkish language support to Lightroom on macOS (App Store version).Turkish is already available in Lightroom Mobile. Adding it to the desktop version would ensure consistency and improve usability for users in Turkey.Thank you.
Need to Find photos without keywords or create a Smart album for photos without keywords in Lightroom, not Classic.
In Lightroom and Photoshop, there is an option of Generate using Firefly. You should offer an option to replace your existing image with the new Firefly generated image. Vice having to import it.
AI remove - please add confirmation button before removing (like classic), for more precise marking rather than release pen starts removing.Masking - please add seperate color filtering sliders for masks, not just saturation slider.
裁剪功能能不能换成之前的现在的裁剪不太好用,还有就是能不能加个自定义输入分辨率(如果可以的话可以添加多个常用的分辨率)感觉这样也可以方便一些
avid user of Lightroom on tablet, I am generally satisfied with the functions available for my use. However, it would be appreciable if the interface on Android tablet (ex: Oneplus Pad 2) were closer to the interface on iPad which, according to my experience on both ecosystems, is much more practical on screens larger than 6 inches. Sincerely
Just like in the laptop version . . . Being able to instantly navigate from a photo in an album of photos back to the original folder where there are other photos from the same date can be very helpful. In the CC version, when looking at a grid of photos in an album, there is no indication of the date of the photo, so users must open he photo in Detail and invoke the Info panel or scroll through All Photos to find it. Ideally, a user can tap and hold on a photo in an album then select "Go to photos from Same Date' from a contextual menu or add 'Go to photos from Same Date'to the bottom panel.
When searching in the filter bar, if a location is geotagged with a special character (ex,Galápagos instead of Galapagos), it doesn’t show up in the search results. Could you include an option to ignore or disregard special characters? If Spanish is not my native language in this case, it’s hard for me to know how to include these characters and modifying to accommodate searching for these words is very time consuming.
The Adobe website assures users that it is "incredibly easy" to "export your photos from Lightroom to your sharing platform of choice.” However, that does not seem to be the case. When I was a Lr Classic user, I loved how “incredibly easy” it was to post photos to my Flickr account from Lr Classic. If I remember right, I could even queue them up for publishing whenever I wanted. However, that was then. Since becoming a Lr Desktop user the story is much different.Incredibly easy? Not any more. In fact, it seems to be absolutely impossible.Yes, I know that it’s relatively easy to post to Flickr from my iPad, but I do all photo editing in Lr Desktop. So I’d rather post from that program than switch devices. For me, it’s become a tedious process of exporting the photo from Lr to my Mac’s desktop; opening Flickr; using Flickr to upload from my desktop; and then going back to my desktop to delete the uploaded photo. (Unless I forget that last step and the file just sits there eating my storag
Lightroom for Android supports HDR editing in all HDR capable google pixels aside from the Pixel 10 series, even though the screen technology is the same as what was found in the previous 9 series which is supported. Could you add this feature to these newer devices?
Feature Request: Local Albums/Collections in LightroomI’d like to request Lightroom to support local albums or collections similar to Lightroom Classic. This is really the feature holding me back from completely switching over to Lightroom (Lr) from Lightroom Classic (LrC). Clearly sidecar and/or embedded edits are the future instead of a database Catalog. Easier to backup/sync work across devices, etc. But creating Catalogs is essential for long term projects, especially as someone who shoots with 100mb raw files. I have professional hardware and storage locally. Lr is just such a better and faster editing experience than LrC. Ideally, local albums would behave like normal Lightroom albums, but with a clear “local only” status and option to ‘sync’ it to the cloud. Why not bring Lr more in parity in terms of features to LrC? maybe a ‘Pro’ mode or module that can be enabled.
