It would be very helpful / useful especially for ceremony photographers like me (we are importing thousand of photos) to have an option with FACES WITH CLOSED EYES so we can exclude them from our libraries, they are useless to us. Thank you.
Many cameras are able to transfer images to a mobile device by establishing a WiFi connection. Proprietary apps by the camera manufacturers access "local networks" on iOS to connect with the phone. Could this feature be added to connect to an camera device in LR mobile to allow importing images?
software without the cloud. Without ever being afraid of losing this data or having to pay more for more space. (as it happened to me) Added a new button. not pause, but NERVER cloud!(because the pause tends to activate itself after the updates)
On Lightroom for tvOS there is currently a setting for Slide Duration which can be set to:FastMediumSlow This setting only applies to viewing photos in the Slide mode which requires pressing play on a single photo in a group or on an entire album or section. Several users have requested in the past requested slower durations. I would like the non-Slide browsing view to be configurable so that it doesn't add swiping left/right transitions between photos. A very mild crossfade would be fine, but the slide motion transition effect is not only entirely unnecessary. On iOS and iPadOS it makes sense to have swiping as a default transition because there is a direct mapping between input device swipping in either direction and the interface displaying the intermediary state between two different photos in the user interface. That is not the case on tvOS. The slide effect is faking swipe feedback by providing a transition that mimics the motion of your finger on the Apple TV remo
Hi guys, first of all, Lightroom CC is no doubt the best app when it comes to photo editing tools. However, I HATE having two different library's on one device. Other apps like Darkroom App etc. are able to base their entire workflow on the default iOS (iCloud) photos library. I don't want to import any sort of photos from Apple Fotos on to the library on Lightroom. I find that to be inconvenient, the best case scenario would be this: I Open Lightroom CC on any device (Mac, iPhone or iPad) and get to see my iOS (iCloud) photos library. Then I chose a picture and start the editing. Or merge photos into a panorama a or whatsoever. even if adobe people think their cloud would be the better solution, for a lot of people it is not. At least give me the option to choose if I'd rather base everything into the photos library or create a catalogue inside of Lightroom. I don't mind paying the premium price for having the Lightroom tools as a app, but I really hate this solut
Normally I upload RAW photos from my camera via a USB C cable to Lightroom. When I connect, the LR Import module comes up, and shows all the photos on my camera from oldest to newest. Usually I have already imported many of them, and I only want to import the newest, but I can’t change the viewing order, so I have to scroll down through hundreds and hundreds of photos which is time consuming. It would be great if I could simply change the viewing order in LR importer
Desirable to get back: "Previous Editing"This feature used to be extremely smart to have in the drawer. Because the latest settings and adjustments can be carried over to the next image.Without it will go beyond the settings that were copied and used in the "Paste Edit Settings". With the "Previous Editing" method, there will be two different possible copy and paste instead of just the one that exists today. In advance thank you 🤗
Love the Lightroom 7 on both phone and tab. But as the use grow, so does the demand. When you store localy on device you can only store all or nothing. Except for smart previews, that are useless outside LR. Would be nice to have the choice of storring the full picture, folder by folder or album by album as you often on the run and would love to do work in other apps or send to someone, but can't as its only a preview. To download the full catalogue is not practicaly possible on either phone or tab. Could you guys look into adding this feature in a comming update? Tx 🙂
See screenshots. Image used to have more real estate. This update is a step backwards in terms of UI. Having said that, I'll look for a setting that lets me move the toolbar to the bottom of the screen, as before.
Love the feature, but I would like it if you have the option to save the enhanced images in a different album or stack and higlight the images in the stack to show you which ones are the enhanced ones.It is difficult to find the enhanced ones when the process is done in the stacks.
希望可以取消强制应用,让编辑者可选
At least once a week we see the same problem here. Somebody uses the free version of Lightroom Mobile, gets a new phone or reinstalls Lightroom for some other reason, and so they lose all their photos. If they are lucky they can restore the entire phone from a backup, but if not, then their photos are lost forever. That should be unacceptable for Adobe. Even if somebody does not pay for the app, then there should still be a way to avoid catastrophic photo loss. We are talking about people's memory, for crying out loud! I think the solution is simple, and should be implemented asap. Apple allows apps to backup user data to iCloud Drive (and I assume Google has something similar). Lots of apps, paid or free, use that option. Adobe should also implement this. I understand that Adobe does not want to create a free alternative to the Premium subscription this way, but it does not have to be that. The iCloud backup could be original photos only, for example, so no edits and no presets
Hi, please may you add a feature for saving lightroom tutorials under the 'learn' section for later? There's so many great tutorials that I'll never remember to come back to them all!
Hi,Can you please make it possible to exit the app or keep editing other photos while exporting photos? If I try to do that now the export Wil not continue. It is really annoying to wait while the photos export and make shure the screen don't turn off, because then the export also stops.
It will be great if there is an option to display the photos in random order. I have wanted this feature for a long time. As an avid photo editor I would love to randomly encounter my photos to generate some inspirations.
After the latest update to Lightroom on iPad where masking has had a complete and welcome overhaul, slider values are not displayed on the top centre of the screen when moving. This was a simple and useful feature in previous versions. Please provide a fix Adobe.
Another update, fancy new masking, but still, after all these years, with all that Sensei know-how, no way to order folders and albums other than alphabetically and a couple of other inconsequential options. Sigh.
There's a very handy feature that I sometimes use, which is "Get a Link…". The problem with this feature is that it generates a link to a page that contains the image, but there's no easy way to get a link to the image itself. If you want to embed the image in something (e.g., a blog post, forum post, Slack, etc.), you need a link to the image itself. If I create a link like this one: https://adobe.ly/2ZCwIjS, it seems like the HTML is designed to make it a bit tricky to get the raw image URL. Inspecting the page in Chrome, it is possible to extract it: https://lightroom.adobe.com/v2c/spaces/fee7035d2873437491188ed0de53414c/assets/d3abd9e506964053964b748104e4cffe/revisions/f9f732fc498f44e8802b29a90a787ba4/renditions/47679e6df9029193ecf514b9f5481512 but as the owner of the image, it would be quite handy if I could get that URL straight from LightRoom. Even more handy if I could pick a size. And it's unclear how stable the URL above is — if I pos
A sort by location similar to the 'by date' sort on windows would be much appreciated. You can filter through the search bar but the country/state/city/location are all right next to each other. I think it would be much easier to navigate with the setup 'by date' has (collapsable folders that get more specific).
Greetings 👋 I appreciate the ability to prepend the capture date to the exported filename as (1) someone that shoots multiple cameras and (2) a macOS / Finder user that can't sort exported files by EXIF data directly (the 'date created' on the file itself is the moment it was exported from Lightroom — macOS doesn't inject the EXIF created date into the file created date upon creation 😕😕) — but the prepended capture date is strictly the date, not a timestamp. So the files from my two cameras still get coallated by file name since all of the shots were from the same day 😞 Adding the timestamp to that prepend would be great!
Hi, wouldn't be great, if we could choose own created Presets direct in the Camera-Mode? Currently there are only standard Presets..
Is there a way to find a particular artist in Discover that i know is there? There doesn't seem to be a search user feature I can find. The only way I could seem to do it was to find the artist on Behance first then they show up under people I follow.
How can I change "crop overly" for a different cropping. In the old version (LR 5) it was by selecting letter "o" several times. Now I installed the new version (LR CC) and it doesn't work in that way. Any ideas?
For many of us lightroom users we use the iPad to edit our photos and one problem is importing and exporting presets. I for one sell my presets and having this feature in lightroom mobile will help greatly.
