P: Ability to copy/sync settings/adjustments across a group of photos

It seems that I am unable to copy or sync adjustments to multiple images in the new LRCC? I just imported/uploaded my first job with over 1200 RAW files, and need to set my base contrast/saturation/sharpening to all the RAW files before I begin my select edits. For some reason my "paste edit settings" is greyed out when I have multiple images selected. I'm assuming this may be some sort of user error on my part, there is no way a professional photo editing tool would not allow the use of base settings applied to a group of photos. However even when I go back to "add photos", there is no option to apply a preset on import like in the old Lightroom? Adobe please help! LRCC is obviously useless to me if I have to Ctrl/Copy Ctrl/Paste 1200 times a day... Thank you,

If you’re running Lr on an iPad with a keyboard, Cmd+C and Cmd+V works for copying settings over single images. But it’s incredibly tedious and time consuming to do this 300 times.

Experimenting with Capture One for six months finally brought me back to LR. I just hoped not having to deal with Classic's outdated and messy UI, its lackluster performance and file management in general ever again...but well, CC is almost there and 10 years isn't really that long a wait, I guess. *sigh*

Keeping my fingers crossed anyway...go team Adobe, go! 😉

Just stick to Classic. They shuffled some sliders and added new color profiles in the latest update... it’s essentially perfection. If you’re a working photographer there’s no reason to mess with CC. If you must experiment try Capture One. Otherwise use Classic until it can no longer handle the 100 megapixel images we’ll be processing in 10 years and hopefully by then CC will be up to snuff.

While I really do appreciate all the additions to LR CC since v1.0, still not being able to batch process/sync images is completely incomprehensible to me. How is this even possible, and...why the heck can't we choose which settings we'd like to apply during our joyful 'CMD-V-Right Arrow-repeat...300 times' tour on the desktop? 😞

Lightroom CC on windows shows the option to paste when selecting multiple images, but one image gets the pasted values.    On Android, you can easily select multiple images, but once you do that, the paste edit settings is disabled.   This seems like a basic feature that should be implemented on a tool like this.   The software now called lightroom classic had this since beta versions.

Just got an iPad Pro, primarily for LR , based on some great reviews that I read. To say the least, I am disapointed to see some crucial features missing. One in particular that is probably going to be a deal-breaker for me , is batch edits. The ability to sync edits only of the current image to the previous image is extremely limiting and pretty much renders the app unusable for my professional workflow. I was hoping mobile could be step one of my edit process and give me the ability to travel without a laptop. While very impressive, LR doesn’t seem to be ready for professional use. I hope that changes soon.

In Classic Command+Shift+E brings up the export dialogue, which in CC didn't seem to work. I couldn't find any other options other than "Save As." I guess I was just looking in a ll the wrong places.

> no batch export options

When you say batch export, you mean exporting multiple photos at once? That works.

Wait a minute... there's also no batch export options or am I missing that? Am I crazy or wouldn't a UI refresh and better cloud syncing for Lightroom "Classic" have been better than this?
