Frame-by-Frame Animation Timeline

With Animate discontinued, Creative Cloud no longer properly supports hand-drawn frame-by-frame animation. Photoshop’s video layers are too limited for this workflow.

Incorporating Animate’s timeline features into Photoshop would make it comparable to apps like Procreate Dreams or TVPaint.

      Goodness!  I didn’t know that.  I just checked and it is still installed, so is it just support and updates that are ending?  That’s a shame. :-(

      They will end support in a month, and Animate will be discontinued entirely within a year. Where to create hand-drawn animation is unknown ¯\(ツ)/¯
