In der Auswahl "Datei öffnen" fehlt die Vorgabe PSD. Es sollte doch möglich sein, dass diese Auswahl erweitert oder sogar vom Nutzer editierbar sein. Ich nutze z.b. nie die vielen dort angegebenen Formate ausßer PNG, NEF, JPG, RAW und eben PSD.

In a world where Photoshop is getting more and more competition, you'd be insane to marginalize yourself further. Photoshop is no longer a program for the average person who begrudgingly accepted the change to a subscription based service due to its initially palpable price. With dozens of other programs to choose from who arguably create comparable, if not better workflows, for much less, I don't see any reason for people to pay TWICE as much as they have been for the exact same product. Inflation exists, yes. I wouldn't have an issue with a 20-30% increase to keep in line with this. But a full 100%? Please. This drastic increase in price to me means a drastic decrease in usage and they are grasping to keep profits. The Photoshop generation will soon be a thing of the past. I have used Photoshop for nearly 20 years, and even though I can afford this price, I don't see why I should shell out for it!

Similar to the brush tool, the contextual menu (right-click) one gets with the move tool could be upgraded to a full layer panel, maybe with the layers that are not under the cursor grayed out. It could spare users lots of mouse/stylus travel, compared to the rudimentary menu one currently gets.

I'd really like the ability to simply Save a Copy with an option to include artboard names. This would create a single file with all the artboards as the Save a Copy does now, but with the names displayed, similar to how you can see them while using the Photoshop file. I'm not really sure why this is not already a feature. At the moment the only options to get the same outcome  is to either export all the artboards to individual files, then automate a contact sheet with the file names included, or add text boxes outside the artboards with the names. These are not great options, because we only really want to export the artboards once the creative is finalised and approved, we don't want multiple versions of the artboards hanging around and we don't want to have to name everything multiple times in multiple places

Brush, Healing Brush, Clone Stamp has Current/Bellow Option.If i work two layer something likeTop layer         :  Noise or Grain something like Texture        (Its Clipping Mask to Bottom layer, Effective only Bottom layer)Bottom layer(Blank New Layer)   :  paint or blend somthing use MixerbrushIf that tool has Current and bellow, I can just paint or blend use MixerBrush on Bottom layer.(Because, Clipping mask effect only where i paint) But, Until now MixerBrush only have "All Sample Layer".So, if i want that effect... i have to turn off layer (TopLayer), And then Paint or Blend use mixerbrush(bottomlayer).And if finish MixerBrushing, Turn on Top Layer.If I don't turn on and off the eyes of the layer like this, the noise layer above is mixed.The brush can be applied comfortably without this process, but there are times when you want to use a blender brush.So I suggest to Adobe Developer. Photoshop iPad - The brush cursor size does not change when you change the brush size until you start to draw. Leave a lot of guesswork when initially positioning the brush on the canvas. Please include this option like the desktop version.

Hello Team,I work with many images at a time in PS. This is because I use image stacking very frequently for my research work. It would be excellent if there is an option (just like "layer count" which shows the total number of layers) that shows how many images or files are opened in PS. It is rather abysmal that photoshop still has this critical bug, given that is has been reported for years now. It is a software for professional imaging yet you cannot work on an image at print resolution and have accurate color displayed on the screen. Steps to reproduce: -For full effect, open an image with dark shadows you would like to lighten -Again, to dramatize, we are going to add two curve adjusment layers --Make one curve to set your black and white points and your gray balance --Make another curve to open up the dark shadows -You should see that at 66.67 magnification you will get the true colors while at 50% below colors suddenly change, meaning you cannot look at the image as a whole and make color adjustments. This applies to any image that is more than 4/3 your screens total resolution, which, for a 1080p monitor that is beyond the average, would be 3MP. Yes, that is three megapixels as in DSLRs of 14 years ago. Perhaps you could have an option to 'render proxy at this

Please do not take the 3D features away

I often use paths in my drawings, but I rarely want to transform them using Command-T. I am regulary accidentally transforming a path that happens to be selected, instead of the selected area of my drawing. Then I need to de-select the path and try again – an interruption that becomes time-consuming when repeated many times a day. A cleaner solution would be a preference in either the Paths palette or Transform bar that toggles between "transform ignores selected paths" and "transform affects selected paths." This is probably my main irritant with PS interface these days (aside from far more crashes than back when this app was stabler). I'd appreciate it if you can give it some attention. Thanks!

With the new M1 chip, I don't notice the background auto-save that Photoshop performs every five minutes. It would be great if we could reduce that time period to one minute. Five minutes can be a long time when working quickly, and I've often been frustrated to lose some nice lines I've drawn! Thanks!

I want to be able to customize the keyboard shortcuts for switching blending modes while using the brush tool. I switch back and forth between Normal and Clear mode hundreds of times while drawing and using my non-drawing hand to press Shift+Opt+R and (especially) Shift+Opt+N are so awkward that it becomes frustrating. I'm aware I could use the eraser, but this method works best while using the custom brushes from the Tool Presets menu.

Designers are brought up to know that templates can save time when generating similar projects frequently. Some of the details will change, but the broad outlines remain very nearly the same. These, of course, don't save a lot of time if they're PSD files that get accidentally overwritten. Nor is it reasonable to store a great many templates, or very large templates, in Libraries in the Cloud, hoping to prevent an overwrite that way. Design retail sites contain more and more templates, although currently many of them are merely layered PSD files. PSDT is a format many don't even know about, but those that do, know how miserable PS makes working with them. Please allow us to save our templates in PSDT format, or at the least our most frequently accessed templates, in a Template section of the Home Screen. You refuse to even save a .psdt format directly in PS now, plus you never retain it in Recents, so all in all, you're making more work for everyone who does benefit from .psdt tem

I've been using Photoshop forever and the Spacebar functionality is a must. However, over the years of using other applications I find that some of the Spacebar's "Quick hand tool" would be better served on a different key. For example being able to use my Mouse's scroll wheel button to quickly move my canvas and other things would be perfect. Unfortunately, Photoshop does NOT let you remap this functionality and it's 'hardwired' to the Spacebar.This request is to allow the default functions of the spacebar (Quick hand tool) to be mapped to any other key including mouse buttons. Thanks.

So basically, I have to admit that I really like the UI of iPad apps because they are so minimalist, simple and modern. So this is what I am asking Adobe.  I think Adobe should make the Software UI.. not just matches the OS UI but also has a better UI design. Like maybe Modify the UI Font, Better Colors (darker grey for example), Simpler Look, Menu/Submenu Animation, and anything else that is good! For the example just like what I found on Dribbble:(But in Black and Dark Grey) So it will give a better experience for The Users. And also Adobe has to be advanced and creative everytime instead of keeping those UI that is already so old-fashioned (I can say). I don't know if they are actually making this or not right now For the upcoming Photoshop or any other Software for this Windows 11 and MacOS Monterey Update but I'm just sharing my idea here and hope that Adobe will Finally make this! Alden

I am a long-time user of the open source AnimDessin2 Photoshop plugin.  The tool leverages existing functionality of Photoshop through a simple panel interface that enables a streamlined traditional cel animation process in Photoshop's video timeline, turning Photoshop into an excellent and intuitive tool for traditional frame animation.  I would love to see this feature incorporated into the software.

Right now, if you have Tabs in your type, you can't control where it is or how it's aligned. This makes it impossible to e.g. make good lists.   Looks bad, and hard to control. Have to fake it with spaces and manual letter spacing: I suggest adding the ability to control the position/alignement of tabs, similar to Illustrator and InDesign.  Better:

We can tell the levels window that "this is black" or "this is white" but you know what would be really cool? If we could tell the program "this is [this shade of] yellow" or whatever color that we know and have it adjust  the color profile accordingly. Kind of like the Color Transfer Neural Filter but more specific.

Photoshop has a space key + drag to move the canvas, butI always make a mistake when I go back and forth between Photoshop and Blender.I would like to be able to move the canvas by Alt+drag like in my Blender.The current shortcut key customization has many reserved keys, and I can't seem to set detailed settings such as combinations.Please let me customize with a high degree of freedom!Thank you very much.

How about you launch the Photoshop option on the web to and not just the Beta version?  That way everyone can gain access on it.

PROBLEM: Right now, if I make an adjustment layer in Photoshop, and I want to delete it (say I made a hue/sat adj layer and decide I want color balance instead), I select the layer and the mask becomes selected -- causing me to have to hit delete TWICE to get rid of the layer. This becomes frustrating and time consuming as you're trying to move through the edit process. If you want to do anything with the mask, you click on it (right, double, whatever).
