Is scrubby zoom ever going to be implemented within the Liquify tool?

This has been a small annoyance for a few years now. I Googled to see if anyone has asked it before but I could only find one match on some third party website and there were no answers, hehe. It def would be nice to have.

Wow. Only 11 years ago, 😂 ugh. I guess I should stop holding my breath on this one.

Yes, it's about time that Liquify caught up to the rest of Ps. More than likely it'll still be a few years though, since Adobe likes to wait a few decades after releasing a tool to finally update it.

Liquify lacks many of the standard behaviors, like:

double-clicking a title to reset the slider,

One cannot use scrubby sliders either on the zoom ratio at the bottom left, not use basic math on it.

One cannot change the values of the brushes' numerical fields with the scrollwheel or the keyboard arrows.

I noticed that reset (Alt+Cancel button) does not remove the changes applied on the image, but default (Ctrl+Cancel button) does!

I have to check if it is this machine only, but I do not see the marching ants when drawing a zoom.

BTW, lens correction, that seems to have the same framework, one can use the arrow keys on numbers, but not the  mousewheel...
