P: Bring Quick Share back to Photoshop (removed from 23.3)

Adobe, bring back the Quick Share button that was at the top right of Photoshop (it was just removed with the April release of Photoshop 23.3)

The reasoning for removing it is stated as "due to low usage, desire to simplify the options bar UI, and redundant functionality to other export functions."

But there is no other export function (that I am aware of) that allows you to send an image directly to another device via AirDrop -- This was extremely convenient as I didnt have to save/export a file onto my HDD everytime I wanted to send something to my phone or tablet.
Please bring it back and tuck it away somwhere if you have to.

This may already have been shared on here... however I will share as I was one of the nay sayers who got rather upset at the NO SHARE... This is for Mac Users (for I am one of them) that may want to share photos to their iphones and iPads. I finished saving a photo to my desktop and just automatically right clicked it to share... and there it is... the ability to AIRDROP right over to my phone, email, message, add to photos. No Adobe needed. Taa dah... and doh in one keystroke!

Why remove one of the biggest time savers in Photoshop?

That question has been answered.

Why remove one of the biggest time savers in Photoshop? That was a very short sighted decision. Now I must save it as a jpg and drag it into an iMessage or an email. And their excuse that its redundant doesnt cut it. There's no other share function that exports a jpg to those platforms now. It just has to be done manually again. This is the opposite of progession. Back to the old way.

Removed for not being used...

There's more, useful to read the entire explanation:

....desire to simplify the options bar UI, and redundant functionality to other export functions.

What the...? Removed for not being used... I can probably give you 50 features I have never used, but as I never use them I don't know what they are... SHARE however was/is one of the MOST useful features. Is it that Apple want some money for you to have it on there? Holy crap Adobe and Apple. Get a grip. I pay £50 a month for this software, I have spent tens of thousands on Apple products... so do millions of people. Don't you all have enough money? We use this feature more than many other features. For crying out loud... just give it back!

Official statement often doesn't refer internal marketing findings. I wouldn't take it too serious since it most likely doesn't explain unsaid motives but only justify them, perhaps to enforce us to use the product the way more beneficial for company.

Ya think? Intentional... means there was a discussion and everybody in the room said ....share? [removed by moderator] Remove it!

NOt a good decision as alot of us use it to transfer files to our iphones... and yes... Apple makes iphones.

Bring it back, PLEASE, please, please. Not having it is making a lot of extra work to send files.

We all need to upvote the feature at the top of the post

They should give users the option to vote to keep features and not just remove it until everyone updates and then with no backup way of quickly sharing to our clients via airdrop on mac
