P: Bring Quick Share back to Photoshop (removed from 23.3)

Adobe, bring back the Quick Share button that was at the top right of Photoshop (it was just removed with the April release of Photoshop 23.3)

The reasoning for removing it is stated as "due to low usage, desire to simplify the options bar UI, and redundant functionality to other export functions."

But there is no other export function (that I am aware of) that allows you to send an image directly to another device via AirDrop -- This was extremely convenient as I didnt have to save/export a file onto my HDD everytime I wanted to send something to my phone or tablet.
Please bring it back and tuck it away somwhere if you have to.

Why can't I Share by email now in Photoshop 2022? I always sent photos to my iPad this way and now I can only Share to iCloud.

That option is no longer there since the update before the one I did yesterday. I no longer have the email option. I don't know how to get it back.

@J453 yes, I wasnt under the impression that this features removal was accidental. We are simply requesting that it be brought back (intentionally).

What do you mean it's not gone? Maybe you haven't updated is why you still have it.

I used this for Air Drop - and now can't find a way to quick drop an image to my iphone. I don't always want to have to save a file/edit before I drop it to my phone.

to be specific - it was the quickest way to share a photo I've edited (on my computer) to Instagram which can only be posted on from a phone. Frustrating.

The File>Share menu selection has been eliminated in latest 23.3.0 update of Photoshop.  This was a quick way of sharing work via Airdrop, Email, etc. and its demise seems to be a step backward if you ask me.  Now, your choices are to save work to the cloud or to a local disk and then, if you want to share via airdrop or email, you need to do it through Finder.  Not the very quick solution that File>Share offered. Can we please have it back?

Buongiorno a tutti, non avevo mai avuto questo problema prima! Quando duplico lo sfondo non mi appare la fotografia ma soltanto uno sfondo bianco, mentre nel navigatore vedo la foto regolarmente! Come risolvo il problema? Grazie mille!

Hi Teachers,

I open a photo from raw to Photoshop or from Jpg to photoshop, 2 days ago, I press ctrl J, and a copy layer is shown. So I can continue my work without destroying the original photo.

Today, after the firmware update, each time I press ctrl J, the photo turns white.  I can not carry on with my work.

Please help.

Best regards,

Eric Cheung

Share Panel missing after the 23.3 update.

There's no Share under File and the button (with the arrow in a box icon on) is missing from the options bar.

After updating Photoshop the Quick Export button in the top right corner is missing. How do I get this back?
