On my monitor (2560 x 1600) the menu on CC 2014 is too small - so tiny I can hardly read it. Selecting Expereimental 2nd option makes the whole programme far too big. Either so small I can't see it unless I sit very close to the monitor or so big it is unusable.
No problems with PS CC, only PS CC 2014. Having to unistall CC 2014 and go back to CC. Support offer NO solution

Mr. Tranberry, you are listed as the Chief Customer Advocate but the solutions you guys provide doesnt really help any of the people here who are frustrated with your software issue. Customer satisfaction should be your top priority considering everyone here paid a top dollar to purchase adobe products. But answers from Chris saying that CS6 is not going to get any updates because it is two versions behind the current CC 2014 and his and your recommendation in another forum when I asked about the solution to this problem was to upgrade to CC 2014, and now knowing that even CC 2014 didnt really fixed the problem, makes me even more angry because it seems you guys dont even address the issue.

Also you guys delete a lot of comments and not because they have the F word in them, but because they are to the point and on topic.

Why is this thread marked as "Answered" and the the other topic regarding the same thing is marked as "Implemented". I guess that means Adobe has done all that they are going to do and they consider these issue now closed. Time to quit trying and find some software we can see.

Hi Roland, When did you buy your CS6 licenses? What Adobe ID are they registered to?

Hi Jeffrey

We have 5 license for our agency but since we upgraded our displays it is a pain to even look at the screen. In the other forum you and Chris mentioned that we have to upgrade but then after reading this forum I see that your suggesting doesnt really help at all.

Also since you are worrying about our license, I uploaded 5 different screen shots of how each application looks like on our computer and magically they were all removed. The funny thing is the reason for removal was being off topic or profanity by chris. I dont see how you guys come up with that judgment call and just delete people's comment. Under reasons that are not even valid. Other than not wanting to answer your customer's frustration.

Hi Lucy, that profanity filter is set by GetSatisfaction, the platform used for this site.

Hi Roland, when did you purchase your 5 CS6 licenses? You have access to a 30 day free trial as well as a 30-day return period after purchasing a product to determine if it's right for you. I looked up your account and don't see any case notes or registered products. Is it possible they're under a different Adobe ID than you're using to post here?

I am sorry to hear that, John and Jaki. Adobe's solution is to go to 200% UI upscaling. The draw back is that everything will be super gigantic which by the way kills the main purpose of having a big screen.

But dont you worry, you can fix this by adjusting your distance from the screen and sitting back at least 5 feet from the display.

I would. They sell you a software that is not working based on what you expect.

Chris, accusing people of having vision problems on this forum is a sort of profanity. I think you should voluntarily remove your own comment.

Just saying since you are so quick on the delete button

Thanks Mr. Tranberry. Only if your responses and answers were more useful and addressed the issue more appropriately, I could truly said thank you, but unfortunately that's not the case
